Besides the sea, you and your friends once played free,
Casting pebbles, laughing in glee.
Barefoot on the shore, without a care,
Racing each other, the fastest is the winner.Feet soaked in the saltwater's embrace,
Dreams are shared as waves interlace.
Sand buried your feet, gray and smooth,
A prelude to standing, a dance soft.Seagulls flying on the endless horizon,
The scenery was perfect as the corals were shown.
Filled with blissful laughter in every corner,
Flowing with the cool ocean breeze on the air.But now you are alone,
Wandering along the once bright coast that used to be your home.
Tears rolling down your cheeks as you closed your eyes,
While your feet were caressed
Again by the waves of memories.~AMSC~
