(I have a bad habit of forgetting to put the translation in the comments, so I decided to just put it in the story from here out.)

Y/n take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.

"Ah, the air always smells so much better back here." He looks around. "Hey Dóchas, cé chomh fada siar a chuaigh muid? (Hey Hope, how far did we go back?) He asks the little lizard on his shoulder.

It makes strange sounds, answering his question.

"700 years, now we just have to find the forest before tomorrow." He dusts his hands off. "Liones, built atop the first Fairy King's Forest, or the original I should say. I don't think it's too much further from here, if I recall correctly." The young man starts walking. "Should make it there by morning."

.

..

...

..

.

"I'm hungry." Y/n sighs. "Hey Dóchas, an bhfuil ocras ort?" (Hey Hope, are you hungry?)

Dóchas nods, answering his question.

"Perfect!" Y/n claps his hands together before looking around. "Let's see, we're about 5 hours from the forest and 12 hours from the 'trade off.' There's a small village that way, I believe, however, we don't have any money with us so, it'd be pointless to go. We could wait and hope the Fairy King will grace us with a meal for saving his best friend. But, considering how untrustful he is, I doubt it'll work out like that."

Dóchas speaks in a strange growl.

"Measann tú? Ansin gabh chugainn béile, Dóchas." (You think so? Then go catch us a meal, Hope.) Y/n says as he raises his hand, Dóchas runs up it before leaping into the air and forming wings, quickly taking off. "Dóchas, Dragon." And with that, the tiny, winged lizard turns into a miniature tyrant dragon ruffly the size of a 4-year-old human. "Good luck."

.

..

...

"Hm? Oh, back already?" Y/n says as he finishes setting up a campfire. Dóchas lands down with a pig carcass. "Ugh, I hate pork." He sighs as he stands up. "Well, mine as well get started, Dóchas."

...

..

.

"Well, here we are. Seems like just in time too, look, there's that bastered." Y/n says as he stands atop a hill looking down on the 'merchants' as they head towards the forest. "Now here's the question. If we stop him from ever entering the forest then Helbram won't know how bad humans are, but if I let him hurt Helbram without killing anyone he'll know some humans are bad and they can't be trusted. But I don't really want to see him hurt... What to do, what to do."

Dóchas makes a strange sound. Y/n shakes his head.

"Letting him get knocked out and saving him at the facility is dangerous, if I lose sight of where they go then this'll all be for not." Y/n sighs. "But, letting him get captured seems to be the option." Y/n starts walking towards the group, making sure to stay out of sight.

He watches as an innocent looking green-haired fairy walks up to the humans with such a curious expression.

"My... So, the stories are true." The human that Helbram mimics says.

"Human... Are you guys all human?" Helbram asks with such a curious expression.

"Indeed, we are, we're merchants, travelers that deliver goods from place to place."

"Really? That sounds fun!" Helbram smiles.

"It can be tiring. Now, since fairies are such, a rare sight would you, and your friends, like some ancient human artifacts? We sell them and you can get them for free." The human gives a closed-eyed smile, Helbram's eyes practically light up.

"Really!?"

"Yes, of course."

"Al-alright! Wait right here, I'll go get them!" Helbram says as he takes off towards the forest.

"Really? That's what managed to trick him? He's right, he was an idiot back then." Y/n sighs.

"Are you sure this'll work, Aldrick?" One of the humans asks.

"Heh, of course it will, just you wait. We'll be riding out the easy life after this cash out." Aldrick smirks.

"What if he gets the Fairy King?"

"Hm, we'll deal with him if it comes down to it. I'm sure his wings would be worth a pretty penny." Aldrick laughs.

"His voice makes me sick." Y/n clinches his teeth as Helbram comes back with a group of fairies.

"Hey, humans! I'm back!" Helbram smiles happily as he lands.

"Wow, there's a lot of you, huh?" Aldrick smiles. "We left our cart back a little, sorry any inconvenience." Helbram shakes his head.

"No, no, it's fine! Lead the way." Helbram says as he lands on the ground following the humans back to the cart with worthless items.

"There isn't much information of fairies, so I admit, I'm curious, what are you guys like?" Aldrick asks.

"Hm? Well, unlike humans we don't have kids, instead we're born among the trees, pretty cool right?" Helbram smiles.

"Yeah, sounds interesting, I've heared you guys have some interesting abilities." One of the 'merchants' says.

"Well, all of us can fly, control plants, and read people's hearts." Helbram explains, as Y/n watches the humans he managed to notice the ever so slight change in expression some of the humans had.

"And here we are, what do you think?" Aldrick says.

"Whoa, whoa, this all looks so cool!" Helbram's eyes look so bright as he picks up a helmet. "Hm..." He turns around towards his friends. "Do you guys think Harlequin would like this? It reminds me of him." Helbram smiles softly as he stares at his reflection.

"Ah, a great choice, we'll let all of you pick one item to take back with you, for free." Aldrick smirks.

"I think Lady Elaine would like this!" One of the fairies says as they pick up some kind of cloth.

"Huh? Hey Helbram, I thought you said these were artifacts?" Another fairy said.

"Aren't they?" Helbram says but as he looks up the humans started their plan. "...Huh...?" Helbram watches blankly, nearly paralyzed as the fairies are attacked.
