I felt so comfortable when i awoke, that i didn't want to even open my eyes, though i did unwillingly, the sun still shining outside, though the first thing i did was look at my phone, the time was almost four, and then i looked around realising where i was, though it wasn't the place i had fell asleep in. Then my mind flashed back to a night, a different night, where i fell asleep in a car, his car, i figured he had done the same this time, though how he got into my house will be a mystery.
I tilted my head as i heard little noises of what seemed to be humming coming from downstairs, i was confused, scared almost. Stealthily i begun to make my way down the stairs, folloing the noise into what seemed to be the living room, though a wall seperated me and the perpetrator. I decided to jump out to scare them, whoever it was hoping they'd drop their weapon, if they had one obviosuly.
I closed my eyes, gaining the confidence to do so, I jumped out, "RAH," i yelled, the other person, behind the wall jumped a mile, almost having a heartattack obviously not expecting my appearance. "What the hell?" he yelled, sat on my floor against my wall, using my charger. "Oh my god, Oscar, i thought there was like an intruder in my house," i said irritated, plcing my hand on my temple pacing the little space between the doorway. "What're you doing here," i ask him, going to my sofa to sit down, taking a breather.
"Well it's sort of a long story, well it's quite a short story actually. do you wanna hear it?" he asks me, looking up to me from his phone which was now placed on the table beside him as he stood up and came to sit on the sofa next to me. "Go on then" i say folding my arms and sitting back, slouching.
"Well basically-" he proceeds to tell me the story, to which i listen attentively, though i but in at one point unablet= to bite my tongue. "Wait what, so the guy just drove off, leaving you practically stranded, why would he do that, you did tell him we were going to two different destinations right," He nodded, before continuing.
"So you want me to drive you home?" i ask him, looking at him through my brows, to which he smiles widely. I get up off the sofa heading to the kitchen, to which he follows me in, sitting on a stool at the counter as i reache dup to grab a glass. "What if..." i said opening the fridge, taking out the orange juice to get a glass. "What if?" he said repeating me, looking at me confused. "What if.. you just, i don't know, stayed here for today and then i could take you home in the morning?"
