[01] All participants and judges are advised to fill their forms neatly: messy forms will not be accepted.
[02] There's a limit of filling forms to two books per person, which cannot be submitted in the same category.
[03] During the time of judging, any changes cannot be made to the books that have been submitted to the awards.
[04] The book should be entirely in English.
[05] The book should have at least 6 chapters excluding a prologue, introduction, authors note, etc.
[06] Participants are requested to follow their judge when the judging starts.
[07] Any general malpractice is forbidden and will lead to disqualification: this includes bribery, deleting entries, fighting with participants, and offending the judges or hosts.
[08] We ask you to be patient with us hosts as we run this event.
[09] If there are any queries, You may reach out to any one of the hosts.

[01] Judges are asked to be respectful to both the participants and hosts.
[02] The judges are also asked to remain unbiased and provide fair assessments.
[03] Judges are asked to not involve themselves in any kind of malpractices. Say no to Bribery!
[04] Failure to comply with these rules will lead to blacklisting.
[05] Judges should inform the hosts if they need more time to judge or if they have plans to back off, or If there are any queries.
