I stepped out of the club, breathing heavily. My friend dragged me here to unwind, but I ended up losing her. Kanina nagsasayaw pa siya, pero ngayon, hindi ko na siya mahanap. The crowd inside was suffocating, and I just couldn't take it anymore. I glanced around, hoping to catch a glimpse of her, but to my disappointment, not even her shadow was in sight. This is messed up.
I pulled out my phone and texted someone to help look for her since I had no energy left to go back in. On my way to the car, I noticed a woman sitting right in front of it. She was wearing a thigh-length red dress paired with black stilettos. At first glance, she looked like she had fallen asleep there.
"Hey, Miss. You need to wake up." I gave her a little shake, and a few moments later, her eyes fluttered open.
"Who are you?" she asked, her tone sharp and irritated. Maganda nga, pero maldita. I could only shake my head at her attitude.
"Miss, you're sitting on my car."
She turned to look at the vehicle and smirked. "You have a cheap car. I'll just buy you a Bugatti, a Ferrari, or a Porsche—your pick. Actually, never mind. I'll buy all of them for you, since you're cute." She even had the audacity to hold my chin.
I pulled her hand away, gentle but firm, and locked eyes with her.
"Give me your address. I'll drop you off, Miss-I'll-just-buy-all-of-that-for-you."
