A/N: Up top is his theatricality outfit

Don't be a silent reader (;

Mickey was sitting in one of his brother's chairs, glaring at his father who decided it was time to take the next step in his relationship with Carole. They agreed to move in together and Burt hadn't told Mickey until 20 minutes ago.

Mickey was definitely not pleased about this new change or any change that had to do with Carole or Finn or changing his family. The boy was tired of shit because this whole year of his life had been full of it and now these people were coming into his home, sleeping in his mothers bed, sitting in her chairs, and trying to become something to him that he didn't want. He and Finn weren't even friends. He had nothing against the guy, the Hudson boy just wasn't fit for Mickey's vibe and the youngest Hummel didn't fit Finn's, they both knew it. Even so, the two had a mutual understanding of each other, so no bad blood.

"Is there a car down here for me?" Finn asked, walking down the stairs with his eyes closed, Carole leading him every step of the way.

"Honey, we're indoors." Carole frowned, as Finn pouted.

"Oh." Finn mumbled, disappointed

"And open your eyes!" Carole cheerfully said, waving her hand towards where Kurt and Burt were standing in front of the banner, while Mickey stayed seated and sipped on his sparkling cider his irritation clear on his face

"Sparkling cider?" Kurt smiled, offering him a glass, ignoring Finn's terrified look as he looked from the 'Welcome Home! banner to Mickey, who shrugged at the tall teen

"Welcome home?" Finn asked, confused looking at his mother and her boyfriend "But-But who went somewhere?"

A laugh was heard from the other side of the room,"Oh God" Mickey laughed, leaning his cheek on his fist,"This is gonna be good" he mumbled to himself, earning a sharp look from Burt

"Burt asked us to move in with them!" Carole explained, hugging Kurt quickly as she moved to join the two Hummels, giving Mickey a quick glance and hugging her boyfriends waist

"And this is how you're telling me?" Finn asked, blinking

"This is better than how I found out, dude" Mickey voiced, standing to fill his glass again

"The party was my idea." Kurt jumped in, the second he noticed Carole and Burt's faces drop. "If you're gonna say something, say it loud, right?"

"Mine was a whisper" Mickey sang out, rolling his eyes and grabbing the bottle of sparkling cider, taking it back to the chair he was sitting in, chuckling when his family gave him a look

"Yeah, it's gonna take some getting used to, but you're gonna love it." Burt reassured the tall teenager, sensing his disturbance with the news. "Now you don't have to drag your tail over here every time you wanna watch the 55-incher!"

"We got a lot of food. Some ethnic food." Burt continued, motioning to the tray of different foods beside them. "It's some ethnicity that's not ours."

"Look how pretty that is!" Carole said, picking up one of the fancy foods and turning to offer it to her son.

"Tuna credité?" Kurt offered, as Finn looked around at the three in front of him completely overwhelmed with the situation.

"Finn, this house is twice as big as ours." Carole commented, hoping to help her son get more excited. "It has three bathrooms!"

"One is in Mickey's room, and he won't share because he needs things to be perfect, it's his uh" Burt looked at his youngest with a questioning expression
