Surgery

*Ricks POV*

I rushed into the place my daughter was in with carl by my side "where is she" I shouted at glenn who nodded to her room blankly

"thanks" I muttered and kept walking down the hall and into her room gasping as daryl was asleep with blood pumping out of his arm into Aria's body while the sheets were covered in blood

she was slightly awake "daddy?.." She whispered "yes baby?" I asked

"Is glenn okay?" She asked weakly and I was disappointed "yeah he's fine?"

Suddenly she froze and then broke into a series of fits and was screaming as lori and glenn burst in

"My baby!" Lori choked out and collapsed on the floor

while glenn looked like he was about to attack hershel and I just stood there frozen

*Glenns POV*

"Help her!" I shouted at him "there's nothing I can do" hershel mumbled "she has to wait it out"

"We need a special respirator from the highschool" he muttered "ill go" i volunteered realizing this feeling was more than a stupid crush "Otis has already volunteered" he nodded "go tell him and leave as soon as possible"

I got him and we headed out and drove to the hospital

*Lori's POV*

I sat beside the bed on the floor looking up at my daughter who was lying there so lifeless and pale

daryl had given her 2 pints of blood eaten and given 2 more "She aint dying, not her" he had said

He was now asleep in the chair when headlights pulled by

I got up and rushed out "Glenn? Where's otis" he looked up sadly "they got em'. I had to shoot em' he told me to save Ari"

he said loudly "he was so brave I shot him after he got bit to save him from the pain of being eaten" he sighed "here" he handed me the respirator and I took it to hershel and he pushed me out and started the surgery

*Glenns POV*

"Mrs Grimes?" I said politely "yes glenn?" She said back smiling sadly at me

"I wanna tell you something" she nods "what is it" she asked

"If Ari wakes up- I mean when Ari wakes up" I paused swallowing "Im gonna tell her how I feel" I mumble the last part

"Glenn." She said and I look up from the floor "Yea?" I asked nervously

"Thank you." She said "for saving her" she then cleared her throat and added "treat her good" and she patted me on the back and walked off

The surgery went well and now its 2 days later and Aria is finally awake

I knocked on the door "Ari?" I mumbled "hmm" she smiled sweetly as rick got up he stopped and whispered in my ear "ill give you some privacy" he smirked and left

I blushed bright red and sat down "uhm- I need to tell you something"

"What is it glenny?" She said softly

"So uhm- I really like you.. Ive liked you since alanta.. I know you probably don't like me back but uhm.. That's okay I dont wanna lose you as a friend either way but I wanted to ask if youll be my girlfriend?" I ranted and waited for her response

She sighed "Glenn"
