Darkness shrouds my eyes,
I can't find my way to you.
I have forgotten all those times,
That I had with you.
Followed by a path of the unknown,
Only to be followed my shadow of life.
I do want the light to be shown,
though, I am trapped by time.
I don't want you to lose all hope soon,
For I shall find a way to be there.
Only to finally see the light of the moon,
And to figure out that you could be anywhere.
Counting the steps in this darkness is hard,
Without losing my mind over this unknown place.
Only a heart that in broken pieces, a shard,
Can take me out of this lonely space.
A key to the light is all I need,
For it's your love that I shall see,
Through this darkness that needs to be feed,
Only I can know what I can believe.
I don't want to be trapped by time anymore,
So I will find my way to you.
There is another door,
I shall go through.
Goodbye darkness I shall say
,For my path to you is open now.
And there you are in my way,
So happy to hear your soft sound.
And the end for my counting of lost,
For you are there to heal my heart,
For I fear all may not be lost,
When I never broke apart.
Trapped by Time is no longer my fate,
Thank you, my dear, for saving me.
I'm so glad it was not too late,
For you being so close to me.
