"You need to get changed or we're going to be late." Blaine says, snapping me out of the world of my book.
"For the millionth time, I'm not moving until you tell me where we're going." I state.
"Therapy." He settles on.
"Liar." I call him out.
"I wouldn't have to lie if you just did as I say." He didn't even need to admit to lying, I knew for a fact he was.
"I'm an independent woman. I don't need a man telling me what to do."
"That's not what this is. This is me trying to do something nice and you won't even get changed to go."
"Why can't I go like this?" I ask, sitting up and setting my book down.
"I mean if you want to go in public in your pyjamas I'm not going to stop you."
"Pyjamas?" I say, offended. "Wow thanks." I say sarcastically.
"Loungewear, whatever." He says. "Change, don't change. I don't care ma so che lo fai. Just hurry up because we're leaving soon." (but I know you do)
Without another word, I begrudgingly leave the room, making sure he knows I'm unhappy doing so.
I walk into my room and into the closet to change into some real clothes because Blaine was right, these are my pyjamas but it's fun messing with him.
I pick out a nice, flowy, plain, white dress. I'd almost put it back as it's a little out of my comfort zone but I decided to go with it. It's all about the little accomplishments, the small steps towards a bigger goal.
Blaine, in his own way, seemed excited about today so I feel like making an effort.
I put on the white dress and decide on a cute, matching bow as an accessory. It also holds up my blonde hair in a half up and half down style.
