Zara stood in her expansive, opulent kitchen, a hub of activity as servants hurriedly carried out her instructions for the arrangements. The marble countertops gleamed under the soft glow of chandeliers, and the aroma of freshly baked delicacies filled the air. Zara, dressed in an elegant apron, was fully engrossed in her preparations for her brother's welcome.

Meanwhile, Kathy paced back and forth, her annoyance evident on her face. She couldn't shake off the nagging feeling that Zara's motives for inviting Violet were far from innocent. The more she thought about it, the more uneasy she became.

Just as Zara checked on the cake she was baking, her attention was drawn to Kathy's troubled expression. Setting down the spatula, she approached Kathy and asked, "What's the matter, dear? You seem unusually annoyed."

Kathy sighed, her frustration evident in her voice. "Zara, I can't help but wonder why on earth you invited Violet here. You know she brings nothing but trouble wherever she goes."

Zara's eyes sparkled with a mischievous glint as she wiped her hands on a kitchen towel. "Ah, dear Kathy, you always underestimate my true intentions," she replied, a knowing smile tugging at her lips. "Violet's presence here is not without purpose. There are far more wicked plans at play."

Kathy's confusion deepened, her eyebrows furrowing. "Wicked plans? Zara, I don't understand. Why would you invite Violet just to teach her a lesson at your own place that too in front of your brother ? ?"

Zara's smile widened, a mix of amusement and determination in her eyes. "Kathy, my dear, it's about time Violet realizes the cost of messing with my best friend. You see, you've grown tired of her antics, and it's time she faces the consequences of her actions."

Kathy couldn't help but smirk, but beneath the surface, a hint of fear lingered. She knew that Liam, Violet's best friend and Kathy's boyfriend, would erupt like a volcano if he found out about Zara's scheme. She had to tread carefully.

"Zara, I understand your frustration, but involving Liam in this may have unintended consequences," Kathy cautioned, her voice laced with concern. "He's fiercely protective of Violet, and if he discovers what you're up to, things could get messy."

Zara's expression hardened for a moment, her eyes flickering with a mix of determination and something more sinister. "Oh, Kathy, don't you worry about Liam. Once my plan unfolds, he'll be left with no choice but to see Violet's true colors. And by then, it will be too late to save her."

Kathy's unease grew, but she knew she couldn't dissuade Zara once she had set her mind on something. With a heavy sigh, Kathy decided to keep a close eye on the brewing storm, hoping to mitigate the damage that would inevitably follow.

The scene shifted to the grand entrance of Zara's opulent villa. The double doors swung open, revealing Liam and Violet, who exuded an aura of elegance and allure. Violet, dressed in a stunning black gown that accentuated her ethereal beauty, leaned on Liam's arm for support, her left leg still recovering from an injury. Liam, dashing in a perfectly tailored black suit, guided her gracefully through the entrance.

Zara, wearing a radiant smile, approached them with open arms. "Welcome, my dear Violet and Liam," she greeted them warmly, though her eyes gleamed with an undercurrent of hidden intentions.

Kathy, standing nearby, put on a façade of love and excitement, but her annoyance at seeing Liam and Violet together was impossible to hide. She forced herself to wear a friendly expression, masking her true feelings.

"Violet, darling! It's so wonderful to have you here," Kathy said with feigned enthusiasm, embracing Violet in a hug that concealed her inner turmoil.

Violet, her eyes sparkling with appreciation, returned the hug. "Thank you, Kathy. It feels good to be here, despite the injury," she replied, her voice tinged with genuine warmth.
