"No, my parents. We traveled a lot. They still do." The patient answers

"Kalpana."The patient corrects "Named by villagers in Napel."
"Uh, she presents with multiple syncopal episodes and ventricular arrhythmia."Izzie said
"So you've been passing out?"Bailey asked
"Yeah, and having palpitations."Kalpana said
"Past medical history of rheumatic heart disease with mitral valve stenosis."Izzie spoke
"They had to ship me from Zambia to the States for 3 months of treatment when I was. Rheumatic fever almost killed me."Kalpana said
"Dr.Stevens, what are the primary causes of ventricular arrhythmias?"Bailey asked
"Valvular disease, mitral valve prolapse, stimulants, drugs, and metabolic abnormalities."Cristina answered before Izzie could causing all the interns to turn and look at her" What?"
"Out. "Bailey said
"I'm fine."Cristina said as she gripped her Iv poll
"Out. You better be in your room by the time we round on you."Bailey said
