The character is placed in a fully white room, there is water that is up to ankle length. (Character can be sitting or standing!) Small white guppies swim around and momentarily bump into the character. The water will cause a discomfort.

Character slowly starts hallucinating to fill in the white blanks. And the fish bumping into them will make these hallucinations worse.

Every time the Character makes a sound more water fills the room and more of the small fishes enter too.

Eventually the character drowns if they make too many sounds or they speak up about whatever was wanted out of them.
