Request 1 Part 5- The Final Part (Bad Ending/Canonical Ending)

Meggy: Sorry Red, this might hurt...
We'll make sure it's fast and quick!

Bob rushed passed her, heading for the crystal

Bob: Lol no, it's gonna feel like being hit
Right in the d*ck

Tari comes up next to him

Tari: We're coming don't you wait!
We'll put an end to your fate!

Mari0 gets in front of them to cut them off, ready to attack

Mari0: No! Stop!
I must Eliminate!

Melony steps in, kicking him

Melony: Relinquish your grip on our hero!

Saiko hit him with her hammer

3,2,1,0

Meggy Kicks him and Mari0 lands right into the crystal and frees Mario who lands in front of everyone safely on a piece of land  they were on 

Axol and Melony: Feel your control decay away
Oh what a dark day!

The area slowly began to crumble and glow red, surely Mario was keeping it together....

Meggy: The sun shines bright with nothing but fading fear!

Meggy and Luigi: Oh the end is near!

Zero: Impossible!

He pointed at everyone and Energy came forward, forming into Corrupt memes

Prepare to be deleted!
DELETED!

3 shrugs, while getting attacked by corrupt memes, but they weren't doing anything

3: Oh sorry, this is whack
You call this a finishing attack?
Sending out your stans, that's your plan?
Come on man!

Zero raises his arms up 

Zero: You misconstrue

A giant corrupt Morshu appears

The full extend of my deadly power!
Now go and rot in this moment

3 took a deep breath, mentally preparing himself

That I dub your final hour!

3 held his left hand up and his right hand facing Mario

3: Zero we've sacrificed all too much just to leave!

Many of the corrupt memes turned into energy and he put it into Mario, grinning

But now it's time to turn the tides with this ace up my sleeve!

Zero: You don't scare me with this old, dated and weak technique!

He stared to rush at 3

Stand down now and let ol' Zero give the death you seek!

3 flinched stepping back, A Yellow light hit Zero causing him to stop his attack, when it stopped it was revealed to be Smg2

2: We can't let you do that cause it's our turn to end your fun!

A blue light hit him, when it stopped it was revealed to be Smg1

1: Time to repent for the massive sins that you've done!

They both start attacking him 

Zero: No stop!
Let me through!
Out of my way!
Grr Wait!

He points at Mario who 3 was putting the last of the Memes into

I CAN'T LET THAT FAT ITALIAN MUTATE!

Mario slowly started to stand up

Mario: Oh boy, can you feel it?
Do you feel the terror loom?
That's because you're about to enter Mario's Tunnel of Doom!

Mario started to grow causing everyone to look at him in amazement and 3 to look at him with a grin

Ladies and Gents, now it's time to finish off this foe!
Are you ready?
Let's-a Go!

Mario grows to full size and 3 was on his shoulder. Saiko points forward

Saiko: 'Your last Moment now...

Mario started attacking Zero

3,2,1,0
You don't stand a chance
So goodbye!'

Zero was thrown into a building but didn't go down without a fight

Zero: You dare oppose me!?
Now death is what you'll face

Zero used his power to throw rubble at Mario and hit him every time

ERASED WITH NO TRACE!

Mario hit a building and shrunk in size. He and 3 look at each other and then look forward as Zero prepared another attack and their eyes widened

Welcome to my world of despair and sadness!

Mario looked up before looking at 3 with a grin who nodded, floating up

Mario: Sorry to bother your heartbreak!
But you just made your final mistake!

Meggy was back to being back to back with Tari with her rocket arm. The Gang tossed a Morshu meme and Meggy kicked it to 1 and 2 who turned it into a bomb and sent it at Zero, the smoke obstructing his vision

Release our friend and return him to us!

In the smoke,  1 and 2 turned the a couple more memes into chains to trap Zero and 3 transmuted more memes into Mario, ensuring he would be able to have the energy to land a hit. As the smoke cleared Mario floated up, glowing with energy

3 and Mario: Oh here we go!

Mario heads for Zero

3,2,1,0!

Mario lands the hit but it didn't feel like anything happened, and he was still glowing with the Meme energy "What the-?" Mario questions looking around, he was in an area he didn't recognize...He held his hands out to look at them...Still glowing with Meme energy...Behind his hands, he caught the glimpse of something. He brought his hands down and gasped, immediately realizing what, more importantly, who it was.

It was Smg4...He was trapped in what looked like...some sort of eldritch flesh? Mario wasted no time rushing over to him. He used the energy he had to aim for the flesh, but he wasn't doing much of anything to it...He started to tear up the more the hits didn't make any sort of dent

4 opened his eyes and saw Mario out of the corner of his eye "M-Mario?"

"H-Hold on Glitchy! I-I'll get you out!" More hits from Mario that proved futile 

"Mario..." 4's voice trailed off

"MARIO CAN DO IT!" Mario shouts "DON'T WORRY!" more futile hits, every hit allowing quiet sobs to escape Mario

4's never seen Mario like this before...It hurt him to see his Best Friend so desperate to save him... "It's no use, Rio..."

"NO! DON'T SAY THAT!" Mario grabbed him by his shoulders "WE'RE SO CLOSE!"

An angry roar escaped Zero as he tried to free himself of the chains

"Th-They won't be able to hold much longer!" 1 says

A worried expression washed over 3's face at those words before looking at Zero, calling out to Mario "HURRY UP MARIO! WE'RE LOSING CONTROL!"

Mario gasped hearing 3's voice...There was no way...

"Rio...We're...Out of time..." 4 spoke softly

Mario's eyes widened as he turned to his look-alike

"There's only one way to beat Zero now..."

"N-NO!" Mario cried out, finally letting the tears he was holding back out. He approached 4 and pulled him into a tight hug as he cried "THERE HAS TO BE ANOTHER WAY! THERE HAS TO BE!" 

4 closed his eyes tightly...He couldn't hug him back no matter how much he wanted to. He never expected Mario to get so emotional over something...Mario never expressed himself much so who knew what constantly was going through the guy's head on a normal basis. He hated the fact that this was the first and only time he'd see this side of his Best Friend. 4 opened his eyes and gave a reluctant smile when Mario pulled away from the hug to look at him "It'll be okay..." That was a lie to both of them, and they knew it "You can do it, You're the toughest guy I know buddy"

Mario glanced off to the side, probably desperately trying to come up with another outcome

"I'm happy our feelings are mutual..." 4 spoke again to gain his attention, 4 smiled sheepishly "I've always been afraid this was one sided, but I'm happy we care for each other like we do..."

Mario gave a small smile through his tears "You idiot, of course I care about you! You mean more to me than anything in the world!"

4 frowns again "It's a shame I won't be able to enjoy this feeling forever..."

Mario pulled him into another tight hug...but this one was very short lived...He wanted to get what need to be done over and done with...He readied an attack, looking at his powered up hands uneasily

"Hey Mario..." 4 got his attention again, he gave him a closed eyed smile with tears falling from his eyes "Thank you for the adventure, buddy..."

Mario closed his eyes tightly, crying out as he goes in for the hit "GLITCHY!"

Mario exits Zero, His breath heavy and tears still running down his face as the meme energy faded...He couldn't believe it...

Zero knocked the chains off as he roared, which started to push everyone back. But in a flash of light, he finally disappeared 

"Yeah! We did it!" Meggy and Luigi say in unison, Hugging each other, laughing 

"The evil was Destroyed!" 1 smiles 

Everyone started to cheer 

"Peace" 1 says as blue lights started falling from above them "Peace is being restored..."

"Thank god, I can finally go home..." 3 says

"Yeah! Great work Everyone!" Axol cheers

3 looked at Mario and went over to him and put his arm around Mario with a grin "Especially you Mario!" He turned his head to try and look Mario in the eyes but Mario kept turning his head. 3's grin faded "Hey...Where's Smg4?" 3 tilted his head as a quiet sob escaped Mario, Mario turned to him and 3 cover his mouth seeing Mario in tears "Oh...Mario..."

Mario started to break down in sobs, falling to his knees, 3 moved his hand and went down after him, pulling him into a hug from the side. 3 let out a quiet "D-Damn it!"

Everyone looked at the two in worry...He was really gone

A few days later...

Mario was in 4's room on his computer...There were so Videos he had saved yet to be edited so he was just going through and looking through them. Mario had a smile on his face...but then he came across a clip with him and 4 together and that smile quickly faded... There was a knock on the door causing Mario to turn around, the door opened and it was Smg3 and all of their friends

"Hey Bro, How are you holding up?" Luigi asks him 

Mario just smiled at them, Meggy approached him "Hey..." She says and his smile fades "I know what it's like to lose somebody...So, If you ever want to talk...I'm right here for you Red, My door is always open!" Meggy smiled brightly at him

This caused Mario to tear up again and pull her into a hug, Meggy didn't hesitate to hug him back

Smg1 and 2 walked through the door causing everyone to turn their attention to them 

"Can I get everyone's attention please?" 1 spoke up first "With the new universe closed up, the transmuted memes restored , and Zero finally vanquished! We've completed our mission here 

"All that's left for us now is to hide the USBs in a place where evil can never find them again!: 2 adds

"And with that, it's time to say goodbye!"

"Thanks for all your help guys" Tari smiles 

"Yeah, without you...Mario would still be evil" Luigi smiles sheepishly

"Not to mention we ALL would've been dead" Bob adds

"Of course!" 1 nods "That's why we're called Smgs!"

"Woah, woah, woah" 3 says "What do you mean? I thought Smg stood for 'Super Mario Glitchy'"

Smg1 and 2 laugh 

"No no no, Smg stands for...."

"SUPER MEME GUARDIAN!" 2 Cheers

"Meme Guardian..." 3 repeats, he suddenly felt everything crash on him...1 and 2 were a pair of Guardians... "Meaning Smg4..."

2 frowns "We're...Sorry about Meme Guardian 4, 3..." They then smile again "If you do require assistance with you're powers, I'm sure we can help you!"

1 nods "But for now, Thank you for your help Super Meme Guardian 3! And goodbye to everyone, Hopefully we see you again"

Everyone except 3 and Mario started saying goodbye to them, and 1 and 2 said it back. They both left 4's room

"Hey, we all miss him too" Boopkins says, everyone turns their attention to him and Mario as Mario was staring at the scene of him with 4 again "He changed all of our lives..."

Tari smiles "I'm sure none of us would've become friends if the two of you never met!"

"He was always there when you needed him..." Mario adds quietly "And I know if he was here right now..." He smiles a bit, turning to everyone "He'd want us to keep living the best lives we can! Let's cheer up and do that!"

"There's the Mario we know and love" Luigi chuckles

"What were you doing by the way?" Bob asks

Mario looks back at the computer "Oh, I was looking through some of Glitchy's Episodes that weren't uploaded...I think I wanna take up editing and get them out"

3 gave a small smile at that 

"Well in that case you should add more Anime References!" Boopkins smiles "Smg4 always Loved Anime!"

"Can Confirm! He was convinced Shrek was an Anime!" Axol agrees

"No! Not  Anime!" Saiko chimes in "Fight Scenes! 4 loved Fight Scenes!"

"Yeah" Meggy giggles "Even 'I' loved any Fight Scenes 4 did!"

Tari smiles sheepishly "A-Actually guys, I think 4 wanted to add ducks to this one..."

"Did he happen to make a Gardening episode?" Luigi smiles "If so, I'd love to help out with that!"

Everyone started talking over each other, 3 took Mario's hand and pulled him away from them 

"Hey...Listen Man..." 3 rubs the back of his head "I'm sorry about 4, I honestly am..." He sighs, he seemed to be having trouble getting something out "I-I don't want to replace him...But I think you could use another friend in your group..." He gasped when Mario pulled him into a tight hug, starting to cry again

"You don't know how long I've waited to hear that 3..."

"It's only been a Year..."

"Then I guess you know it's been a year then"

3 smiled at him, hugging him back

"Hey Mario" Meggy speaks as the two pull away from each other "Smg4 wanted Luigi and I to give you something"

Luigi held out the small Red Box with the Blue Bow "We haven't opened it, so we'll be just as surprised as you"

Mario hesitantly took the box from him and slowly opened the box, there was a not on the very top and he took it out to read it 

'It may be my 10 year anniversary
But the one who deserves the recognition most of all would be the one who made this all possible
Happy 10 years to our friendship!
And Hopefully many more!

Mario looked into the box, there were two shiny items in them, one shined Red, the other Blue. Pulling the Red one out, it looked to be a Red Star Necklace...Half of it at least. 3 looked into the box and pulled out the Blue one, It was also half of a Star, It seemed to act as the other half of the Red

"Oh 4..." 3 muttered 

"He..." Mario closed his hand with his half of the necklace in it, he looked at Meggy and Luigi

"Mario..." Meggy says as he and Luigi hug him

3 looked at the blue one and gave a small smile "You did good Man...I promise I'll keep him safe, no need to worry..."
