"Hey Mom."

"Hey little Bear, how's it going in the big apple?"

"Super busy, I haven't had any time to stop or look around. We've pretty much just been bouncing from job to job."

"You look tired Olivia, you make sure you're not overdoing it sweet heart. I showed Granma your pictures from the premier, she almost didn't recognise you. Said she thought you were one of the actresses all dolled up and glamorous like that."

"Awww bless her, tell I said thanks for ego boost and I'm missing her."

I could hear Axel cursing in the other room. "Ma, I gotta go, I'm sorry. I'll try and call you later if I get a few minutes ok?"

"Sure thing sweetie, you take care. I love you."

"I love you too Ma, bye." I quickly end the call and shoved my phone in my back pocket. Axel's voice boomed through the walls once more. I have know idea what time he rolled in at but after dropping me back to the hotel around 1am he and some friends decided there was an after, after party. I'm now presuming this is now whats contributing to his heightened grumpy state this morning. I hovered at my door, hesitant to walk into whatever was going on but we had to get going in order to stick to todays schedule. He had a string of pre recorded interviews for local radio stations through out today but then we had the evening off and there was only one more day to get through before finally I could go home and return to my normal, less hectic duties. The shouting died off and I took a steadying breath before I opened my door cautiously stepped out.

It was eerily quiet as I headed into the living area. Axel is stood against the large ceiling to floor window looking down at the streets below, I could see straight away that his shoulders were stiff and his eyes were hooded through the reflection in the glass.

"Everything ok?" I barely heard myself ask as I edged towards him.

His head turned slightly and I could see his shoulders drop causing his frame to subtly soften. "No every thing is not ok." He snapped and fully turned to face me.

"What's happened?" I calmly asked, stifling every urge I had to tell him to fuck off and leave him to his sulk.

He let out a deep frustrated growl and his eyes hardened again. "My batshit crazy ex is having another mental breakdown and has broken into my garages and fuckin destroyed my cars."

"Why would she do that?" I took a half step closer keeping the edge of the sofa between us.

He shook his head and rubbed the base of his hands into his eyes. "Jackson just called, apparently there are pictures of me and Naomi all over the internet.

I felt my face involuntarily scrunch up as I asked who Naomi was.

"The leggy blonde from the Versace party the other night."

Ignoring his continued curt tone I perched safely onto the edge of the white leather sofa. "Does she know that you're not together?" I nonchalantly asked, feeling the corner of my mouth twitch as I spotted his nostrils flaring.

"What the fuck kinda question is that? Of course she knows, we haven't been together since..." His eyes stilled in my direction as he cut himself off from saying any more. "Me and Naomi have never been together." He snaps at me again.

"I see, and your ex is 100% sure that there's no chance of you two..."

"She fuckin knows ok." He snapped again before letting out another frustrated growl.

"I just ask because you said she's crazy, so you know if there was any ambiguity during your departing moments well then she may not be 100% clear of the situation."
