in the hours of darkness featuring a sky so clear

out of mere curiosity, you popped out a question

with eyes fixated to the heavens, "why do you hold me so dear?"

perhaps because in your presence,

the world unfolds itself into a breathtaking perfection

but now that you asked,

i request you to reflect on what i portray with your undivided attention.

for all one knows, the foundation of my endless love lies 

in the passionate episodes we share,

or in the love that glistens through your hypnotic eyes

or perhaps it is in the great knowing of how much you care.

in the realms of a high possibility,

i'm consumed with desire for the smiles you impart.

because maybe in a different plane of the reality,
