these "eyes" which you hold
is capable of things untold
what would this world be,
if there was nothing you could see
how would you define beauty and a mess
if there was nothing you could witness
would you have gazed at the night sky,
if darkness was all you were surrounded by
what would "pretty" and "ugly" be to you
if you couldn't even differentiate pink from blue
what a depressing world would it be
if you lacked the potential to "see".
