Miracle and I shared a knowing look before simultaneously answering Frencia's question with a resounding "No." We couldn't help but chuckle at her innocent curiosity.

"I wonder..." Frencia's face lit up with delight, her curiosity piqued. "We do have giants here in the Kingdom, I bet—"

However, before Frencia could delve deeper into her thoughts, Miracle swiftly diverted her attention by pulling her towards a nearby vendor selling hairpins and other girly accessories. With a mischievous smile, Miracle selected a beautiful hairpin and held it up to Frencia.

"Look at this, Frencia! This hairpin would look amazing on you," Miracle exclaimed, deftly changing the subject and shifting Frencia's focus to something more enjoyable.

We decided not to delve deeper into the mystery of whether the person inside the bunny mascot was a giant or not. Knowing Frencia's penchant for getting into all sorts of mischief, it was best not to encourage her curiosity any further. Her interest and curiosity were like a force of nature, and once she set her mind on something, it was challenging to divert her attention elsewhere.

Instead, we allowed Frencia to indulge in her diversions, knowing that her enthusiasm and vibrant spirit were part of what made her so endearing. It was hard to resist her infectious energy, and we found ourselves smiling as we watched her explore the various stalls and attractions at the street market.

Nakasunod lamang ako sa kanilang dalawa. Minsan may tinitingnan akong mga bagay o pagkain pero wala akong binibili. I am not hungry and I'm not fond of splurge shopping. Lumaki din kasi akong simple kaya hindi agad ako mabilis mag-shift ng pananaw sa buhay.

Marami pa kaming pinuntahan at pinapatay na ako ng aking mga paa. As Frencia continued to bounce around with boundless energy and Miracle immersed herself in the wonders of this new world, I found myself embracing my solitude and seeking moments of rest. It seemed like I was calm amidst the storm, content to observe and reflect on the experiences unfolding around me.

Having led a different life before inhabiting Selvyna's body, I had not experienced the same level of excitement and adventure as my companions. While they eagerly embraced the festivities and new experiences, I found solace in moments of quiet introspection. It was a time for me to recharge and contemplate my own journey and the changes that had occurred.

While part of me longed to participate fully in the festivities, I also recognized the importance of honoring my own needs and finding balance amidst the chaos. Solitude provided me with an opportunity to reflect, understand, and appreciate the beauty of stillness in a world filled with constant motion.

Parang regalo ko na din ito sa sarili ko, dahil noon halos hindi na ako makatulog tuwing my bypass operation. Ever since I had my memories returned, I quit most of my past habits. I have to embrace this new life for me to be able to adapt more quickly. Although, may mga bagay parin na bumabagabag sa akin, nagagawa ko pa rin naman maging kalmado.

"Selvy, ilang beses ka ng humihinto! Come on, we'll miss the parade!" Frencia uttered when she noticed I stopped walking again. Her pouting lips expressed her displeasure.

I gestured for them to go on and leave me, because my foot is almost near its end. Ang hirap maglakad ng ganito kataas ang sapatos, pinapatay na ako ng aking paa.

"Sumunod ka ha!" saan ni Miracle at hinila palayo ang kasama.

I just nodded and went to a nearby bench and sat there. I quickly massage my foot after taking my heels off, and as if a cue, it gave me a sense of relief. As I sat in a quiet corner, observing the vibrant scene before me, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the chance to witness the joy and liveliness of those around me.
