An Odd Dream

Aether POV:

She grabbed my arms and started screaming.
"I KNOW YOU DIDN'T EAT LAST NIGHT! SO TELL ME WHEN YOU LAST ATE"
I paused, I know I have to tell her, I don't wanna lose her trust..
"TELL ME AETHER!"
"Friday"
She stared straight into my eyes, her gaze making my skin crawl until I saw it soften with the shine of tears
Her arms wrapped around me and pulled me close
"Why.. why didn't you eat Aether? You're so fucking stupid, never do that again"
I felt my shoulder get wet as she allowed her tears to escape, then she spoke again with a whine-like voice.
"I love you Aether.."
Something dripped onto my shirt from my face and I placed my hand on my cheek, had I been crying? I hugged Lumine back and kept my head down after we stopped
"I love you too, but we should get going"
I saw her nod and wipe her eyes
A few minutes passed and we stayed silent
"Wanna fill me in before we get inside?"
It wasn't a question, it was more of a command, but I knew it was only out of care and concern, so I told her what had happened, and once she took a moment to process it all she looked at me with a stern expression
"You shouldn't lie to the nurse you know"
I smiled awkwardly and rubbed the back of my neck
"And also what's up with this Xiao guy, first he sounds like some dreamy hero, and next he's a jerk"
"I'm not sure, I don't really know him, but I think he's just not all that good at socializing"
Lumine nodded and we walked to the door but right before opening it she stopped
"But damn carrying you to the nurse's office"
She smirked and wriggled her eyebrows at me then opened the door.
My face started heating up, which was weird because I've known that Xiao carried me there for a while, but only now that she makes it seem.. weird.. I feel all squirmish.
"Huh I guess Uncle Dain is at work, he left a note here"
"Oh, alright I'll be in my room-"
"Nope, you're staying here I'm not done with you yet"
She reached in the fridge and grabbed something then started cooking.
A little while later she placed a plate of food in front of me.
"Eat it, even if it's just half"
The food smelt so good, I know I shouldn't but my stomach began to growl and beg for it so I gave in
I took one bite after another until the plate of food was almost gone, then realization struck of what I had done. I felt disgusted with myself..
"I'm so proud of you brother"
Those words caught my attention, they made my heart feel like it rose, I smiled as the sentence bounced around inside my brain, causing all feelings of guilt and disgust to disappear and leave me with joy.
"Thank you LuLu"
"Mhm"
I saw her smile and then I left to my room and laid down on my bed.
I shut my eyes for a second, expecting to open them soon but that wasn't the case. When I tried they were too heavy, my body was slowly consumed with this weak feeling until I gave in and fell asleep.
-4:28 pm-
(^The time when he fell asleep)

I opened my eyes and turned onto my side to get comfortable, then Xiao walked into my room
"Xiao? What are you doing here?"
"Get some rest"
He approached me and bent down so his face was by mine then kissed me lightly on the head.
My face went red and I shrieked in embarrassment, then I woke up.

What the hell was that!? I bit down on my bottom lip and blushed heavily as I recalled the dream, what's going on with me.. why am I dreaming of stuff like this!? I shook my head and looked at the time
-2:31 am-
I guess I should go back to sleep since there's school tomorrow.. hopefully my dreams can stay normal this time..
I shut my eyes and drifted back asleep
