Phoebe O'hara has blood on her lips and violence in her veins.

She doesn't remember a time where it wasn't so. Her own birth brought the death of her mother. Flowers wilted where she walked, smiles would fade, babies would cry, yadda yadda yadda. She brought death with her. Sweet, sugary death on her tongue. And it was no surprise, really. Not when she lusted for blood. Not when her eyes turned a crimson shade. Not when her best friend was a god of death.

In his defense, Zagreus, son of Hades, had a job description to die up to. And he did. Not that he remembers it (or that people should know – death is a private matter, even for a god!), but when Zagreus died and was cast out of Elysium, it fell to Phoebe to support him through his egotistical megalomania and identity crisis. The Knight bond, he calls it. The only thing Phoebe knows is that through it, the Bloodlust spread like a disease, and infected her.
