"i guess.." i smiled and she jumped up and down slipping slightly since were still in two shoes "yes! when is it?"

"wednesday."

"i'll come with you for moral support too! your gonna be amazing!" maddie suggested and i smiled at her

BIRDIE POV
"ok you two have a jazz duet, your first duet. mackenzie remember, she beat you last week so you have to keep up with her." abby said and she nodded

we started on different sides, me on the right and kenzie on the left. kenzie went out first for three counts then i ran out more center stage.

the dance was very sassy and we got to lip sync the song "mackenzie! your rushing the whole routine and tiring yourself out. your the only one breathing heavily, birdie is as cool as a cucumber." abby said and i started to feel bad for kenzie

TWO DAYS TILL COMPETITION
last night my family and i talked about auditioning and we came to an conclusion that i would and my brother would take me to la to audition.

disney emailed the script and my mom printed it. i was gonna bring it to the studio so maddie could help me practice. they wanted me to try out for jayla, the daughter of jafar.

so while duets where being rehearsed i pulled maddie into studio c "is that the script?" she asked and i nodded sitting down

"yup. i'm trying out for the daughter for jafar. here's the other script my mom printed two." i told her and she nodded"And I suggest you take this to the art room." maddie read as fairy godmother

"Appreciate it, but i'm not that good."i read

"What are you kidding me? This is amazing I'll enroll you in the class."

"Uh- i ok and your already gone." i read and we flipped the page

"Hey Jayla." maddie now read as carlos 

""Sup Carlos." i read holding in a laugh and i waited before continuing "Oh! Sorry, but what were you gonna ask me in the museum?"

"Oh well I was just wondering if you maybe wanted to, I don't know, gonna on a date soon before we you know take over the world?" she read giving me some wiggly eyebrows

"Sure, Carlos. Warning Jay might kill you." i read holding in another laugh 

"He doesn't have to know."

we put those two pages to the side and flipping over the other scenes "i think you might be kissing on camera." maddie said

"i hope not, that'd be my first kiss. wait now i'm nervous." i said making us both laugh

"has anyone else been cast yet?" she asked skimming through the script

"i don't know, i think dove cameron is on this."

we read the last pages before going into group rehearsals. it was a jazz number called why not me and it was taking longer with the new chloe since she could've keep up.

"new chloe, maddie and bianca. do that whole charleston  section from the wiggle up." abby said and we walked out with chloe in the middle
