46- Causing Trouble

They both looked down at the young wide eyed alpha. Jin stroked the alpha's cheek as he settled back down.

Yoongi came out of the bathroom a couple of minutes later and went into the kitchen. He started up the coffee maker. Hoseok looked at the clock, it was after midnight.

Is Jungkook asleep? Hoseok and Jin looked down at the young alpha again.

Not quite, Jin answered. Yoongi opened the fridge and started pulling things out.

"Kook, come here, you need to eat before you go to bed," Yoongi called out. Jungkook perked up at the alpha's voice. He scurried to the kitchen and suction-cupped himself to Yoongi's back. Hoseok smiled to himself. As close as all of them were, as much as they all loved each other, there was something special about your first bond. He felt that way about Taehyung, he knew that's how Jungkook felt about Yoongi.

"Namjoon's taking a shower and then he and I need to talk."

"Is it a talk we should be having as a pack?" Jin's voice was a little edgy as he got up from the couch.

"Not yet, we'll talk in the morning. For right now, you should all go to bed. I'm going to feed Jungkook and then send him up too." Hoseok felt a tremble of something from Jin along the bond, but he couldn't quite decipher it, Jin was trying to mask it, shove it back and out of sight.

"Yoongi," Jin's voice was unsteady and yet again, he was trying to hide how upset he was. Yoongi peeled Jungkook from him and walked over to Jin. He placed a hand on Jin's belly before looking at him.

Yoongi cupped Jin's face with his other hand and brought Jin in for a chaste kiss, "No need to worry tonight, Luna." He spoke it like a promise or a love letter. Hoseok felt his shoulders slump as his tension dropped away. Jin seemed to experience a similar sense of relief, Hoseok could see his body loosen up.

The alpha kissed him one more time before he was reaching out to Hoseok. Hoseok threw his arms around the alpha's neck, surprising him and making them stumble a few feet. Once they were stable again, Yoongi rubbed circles into his back.

"You don't need to worry either, Hobi." He took a few deep breaths to fill his lungs with Yoongi's rich oolong scent, then he released him. Yoongi playfully patted his ass to get him moving in the direction of the nest. Jin took his hand and the two of them went upstairs, leaving the two alphas in the kitchen and their pack alpha in the shower by himself.

The three wolves already in the nest were sleeping soundly. Hoseok had a feeling that would happen, even if they had insisted that they were going to stay up. The two betas were laying on their sides, both facing the little omega nestled in between them.

Cute, Jin commented, smiling down at his three mates. Jin turned his subdued smile to Hoseok. He interlocked their fingers and then pulled Hoseok to the bed with him. Hoseok knew they were both clinging onto Yoongi's words like a prayer predestined to disappoint the supplicator. There was no need to worry...

Wake up, baby bird. You woke up with a jerk, heart pounding as Uri's voice skittered across your skin and through your ears. It spread like a numbing poison through your body.

The voice had been real, he had to be here! That conviction was as strong and fervent as your frantic heart. You searched the dark room. He had to be here, housed in the shadows of this room, just waiting for your eyes to adjust and pick him out. The voice had been so close, a whisper against your ear, he had to be here.

"You ok honey?" Jimin mumbled next to you and whatever dark spell that had been cast over you, broke at the sound of Jimin's voice. You let out a deep, shaky breath.
