Chapter 2

JACK

"Jack," Rapunzel called for the nth time.

I just rolled my eyes in annoyance and continued my way to the lockers.

"Jackson." She said firmly.

"What do you want?" I respond, still not facing her.

"I want to know what the hell is your problem with Eugene." Rapunzel yelled, maybe a little too loud.

"Punzel, don't raise your voice at me. And don't even think of starting a scene here." I replied boredly.

"Oh, and one more thing, don't even bring up the topic about you and Eugene." I waved my hand as if to dismiss her.

"Answer the question." I remained silent

"Face me, Jackson!" She yelled once again.

I faced her "I've answered that question long ago; I don't want him for you, that's that."

"Why... is it because he's not good enough? How?" Rapunzel narrowed her eyes.

"Financially." I said truthfully

Rapunzel's eyes widen as she takes a few steps away from me

"You.." She gave me a disgusted look.

"You're unbelievable." She whispered and walked away.

"Rapunzel!" I shouted but she just kept walking away.

I sensed that people were already looking at us.

"Who the hell told you to interfere with our business?" I yelled at everyone.

"SCRAM!" Everyone immediately looked away while the others ran to their next class.

I massaged my temple as I spun my locker combination, took my stuff out and shut it.

I guess that Rapunzel and I won't be talking to each other for awhile. Then people will start on the rumors about Rapunzel being an adopted child-- which is true, I just don't see why people make such a big deal about it.

Yeah, my family adopted her. And I've been doing my best to be her big brother but sometimes she just hates my guts, let alone that she at times wants to strangle me but we love each other as siblings. Until that Eugene showed up and started messing up our lives. I just wish he could vanish as soon as he had appeared, I'm not selfish enough not to let Rapunzel have her own love life. It's just that, I don't want her love life to consist of Eugene. He was totally out of her-- our league.

It's amazing to think that I actually thought about all of this while just heading to my first class which was History-- just great.

As I entered the classroom, I immediately halted to a stop. I spotted someone sitting at my favorite spot near the window. She was reading a book and I can sense that she has no plans on transferring from her seat which just pissed me off even more.

"Elsa!" I arched my brows as a strawberry blond haired girl ran past me and to my surprise, approached the girl who was sitting on my usual spot.

I raised my brow as I watched them two talking, I kept my distance near the entrance door.

'Elsa' nodded as the strawberry blond haired girl skipped happily out of the room. She muttered an 'excuse me' as she ran past me.

I breathed out a sigh and approached Elsa, I slammed my hand against the dest of her seat. She immediately dropped her book and everyone in the room had their eyes on us.

I took her bag which was infront of her and threw it away to God knows where.

"Hey!" She immediately stood up from her seat to retrieve her bag, giving me the chance to sit at the said spot.

"Um- excuse me?" She stood in front of me.

"What do you want?" I asked, still seated.

"Oh, sorry for asking." She said in a sarcastic tone "but if you were blind enough not to see- I was the first one to sit there."

I chuckled "this is my seat, no one else but me sits here."

She tauntingly raised her brow. "How is this your seat?" She paused, scanning the desk "I don't happen to see your name on it."

"It'll soon have my name on it once I write it using your blood." I growled.

"Is that a threat?"

"You bet it is."

"Who are you to even say that?" She asked.

"You really don't know who I am, don't you? What a poor little newbie." I smirked.

"Oh god, all this mess for just a seat you stole!" She let out an exasperated sigh. "Who are you anyway?" She rolled her eyes.

"My family just so happens to own this entire school." I slyly smiled.

"Huh?" She asked, eyeing my nametag.

"Jackson Overland... Frost? As far as I know, this is Rockford high, not Overland Frost Academy or some other crap." She said.

"You really are stupid, aren't you?" I chuckled.

"What?"

"This school is basically located here at Rockford Street, a.k.a. a little street located somewhere here in the states." I rolled my eyes

She remained silent as my smirk grew wider. Serves you right.

"Elsaaa-" And then the strawberry blond haired girl came back to Elsa's side, awkwardly staring at us both.

"- and mr. I-dont-know-who-you-are." She continued.

"What is it now, Anna?" Elsa asked.

'Anna' looked at my nametag before smiling "well, mr. Jackson, I'm really sure that you and my sister are best of pals, but if you wouldn't mind," she looked at Elsa.

"I'd like to borrow my sister for a while."

"Anna, let's go." Elsa immediately pulled Anna out of the classroom before she could protest.

I just rolled my eyes and sat comfortably at my desk. My desk that probably has the Elsa-virus on it.

Just a quick update for today since school is about to start (well, for me, that is.)
