It was another bonfire night, everyone was sprawled out all over the place, Y/N walked over and sat next to Minho, in a spot where she knew that Newt was not too far away from, "Flirt with me" Y/N subtly whispered to Minho, "What about your boyfriend over there?, blondie", "Oh do you have a thing for me now too?" Minho sasses in his normal 'I'm hot and I know it' tone, "1 he's not my boyfriend, not yet. 2 no offense but no I'm not into you" Y/N explains and answers, Minho rolls his eyes at the second thing, "Ok why do you want me to flirt with me if you're crushing on Newt?" Minho asks, "I want to make him jealous so maybe he'll make a move", Minho chuckles at Y/N's plan, "Ok, let's do this, follow my lead" Minho says like the pro he is. Newt started noticing Y/N and Minho being all laughy together, he tried to look at what was going on without being too obvious, "You're so funny" Newt heard Y/N say flirtatiously, "You're so cute when you laugh like that" Minho flirts back, Y/N playfully pushed Minho on the shoulder in a flirty way, then after Minho gently tucked a strand of Y/N's hair behind her ear as they gazed into eachother's eyes, Newt's heart started racing as he thought 'Oh what the bloody hell is going on!?'. "Now let's go in for the k!ll" Minho whispers to Y/N while still gazing into Y/N's eyes knowing that Newt would think he was whispering sweet nothings; Newt watched as Minho and Y/N's faces moved closer together, Newt's heart was beating faster and faster by the minute! And just as Y/N and Minho were about to kiss right before their lips met Newt couldn't take it anymore. He walked briskly over to the two of them, grabbed Y/N's arm pulling her up then sliding his grip down to her hand, he pulled her over far enough away to be out of Minho's eyesight, then he stopped Y/N and himself and before Y/N could get a word out Newt pulls her in by the waist and kisses her passionately/hard, as this happened Y/N moved her hands up to Newt's shoulders as they kissed. After they both pulled away Y/N looked at Newt and said "What took you so long!", "What?!" Newt asks confused, "I've had a crush on you for MONTHS Newt!" Y/N joyfully explained, "Really?! You have? You do?!" Newt questioned, "Yes! I don't know how you didn't figure it out by now", Newt gave a confused look, "I haven't exactly been trying to hide it" Y/N said, "But what about you and Minho being all flirty with eachother? What was that about?" he asks, "I set that up", Y/N answered, Newt gave a 'No way, you did!?' look, "I wanted to make you jealous so you would make a move", "Wow. You are bloody unbelievable Y/N" Newt said this looking honestly impressed that she would do this, "Yeah well, it was worth it for you" Y/N says smiling, "I've have a crush on you for awhile too, but I wasn't sure if you felt the same" Newt confessed while blushing, Y/N wrapped her arms around his torso pulling him into a deep kiss, "Yeah, I feel the same way, I definitely feel the same way blondie" Y/N said all this all while thinking 'Damn! He looks so cute right now' but she figured it would probably be out of place to say at the moment, so instead she said "Newt, will you be my boyfriend?" Y/N's heart fluttered hoping he would say yes, "Yes! Of course I'll be your boyfriend Y/N!", they both hugged and kissed once again before saying goodnight
