Every thing in JP will be translated into English but Zheng will not understand the language until the story says so. :)

Zheng's mind finally cleared a little bit and that is when he realized something was off. In actuality it was quite obvious. The moment his hearing started to clear he knew. Whatever was being said was in a completely different language. It was definitely not English, Cantonese, or Mandarin. Another problem that he noticed was the fact that he could not feel the rest of his body. All motor functions seem to be impossible, and trying to understand the foreign language being spoken led Zheng to one conclusion. "Obviously, I have been kidnapped," he thought with the utmost certainty. It was honestly quite odd though because he could faintly hear the sounds of crying and hushed whispering not so far away from him. "Why would kidnappers be upset and why are there so many people working with them?" His thoughts end in frustration. His logical thinking was clashing with the setting he currently found himself in. Then his thought process shifted. "Damn, What do they want with my organs?" It was obvious now.

In Zheng head he had constructed his understanding of the situation he had now found himself in. "I am in some sort of organ harvesting operation and the people talking are taking my organs. The patient that they are giving the organs to is also here and that explains the sad whispering. The reason I can't move is because they used some medical numbing agent that stops me from moving. They are getting my organs fresh and that is why they are keeping me alive."

The doctor had rushed to resuscitate the patient's child, but something was wrong: the child did not seem to breathe, or cry. The small whimpers of the now mother made the doctor want to do all he can to save the child. The father grabbed the doctor by the shoulders and said, "Is the baby okay?" The doctor's eyes glanced down at the ground. "I don't know. We did everything we could. It's up to the baby now. She is technically medically healthy." The father bowed slightly and returned to his wife. "The doctors have done everything that they can," the somberness in his voice was evident as he placed his hand around his wife comforting her. Tears left her eyes. Even if the child that was in the other room was not planned neither of the now new parents wanted their child to leave this world before she even had the chance to experience it.

A miracle happened when the baby started to breathe. She was alive. When the doctor delivered the news Miyako Saitou, the new mother, wept tears of joy as Ichigo Saitou, the father, held a somber expression. It was apparent to the both of them that life was about to get much more complicated and difficult. Miyako already had to take care of Ai's children and now by complete accident she had to actually take care of her own child along with the others. That said, Miyako felt a little lucky that the Hoshino children were well behaved, and strangely more mature. Maybe that nonsense they spouted about being god or something was not so far fetched. At last a smile formed on her face as she thought about the future.

Zheng didn't know what to think. He started to breathe shallowly a while ago, but he still couldn't move. His motor functions were not working properly. He had a difficult time trying to open his eyes and eventually he gave up entirely on trying. "Honestly I might as well go with the flow," he thought to himself. He could fight anyone anyways in his current state. He continued laying down on the hospital bed with doctors around him trying to figure out what was wrong with him, and finding nothing physically wrong the doctor concluded that it was just a special case. While this was going on the Saitou family were filling out the new child's birth certificate.

Miyako and Ichigo were deliberating on the name they should give the child. They had obviously seen an example already that being the way Ai named her child. However it was obvious in their minds that they wanted something more serious, or meaningful. They already had a scare when it came to the child's health, and as much as they did not want to get into superstitious beliefs they might as well choose a good name for their child so that she can grow up well and healthy. At the end they settled for Mariko. Miyako had won the slight debate about the name of Mariko and decided to go with a name that would mean genuine. Ichigo did not really notice but the name of their new daughter was the antithesis of his own business strategy in the idol industry.
