"Three bedrooms an absolute must. Spacious closets, required." Magnus said as I leaned up against him. I nodded my head in agreement, before focusing my attention on Alexander. I may be mad he sent my boy to the Gard, but he is still my mate.

"Alexander?" I heard Magnus ask.

"Uh, yeah. Yeah, that sounds great." Alexander said.

"Is something wrong?" Magnus asked as I slowly moved off him.

"What? No! No. On the contrary. Everything is perfect now that your back to your old self and Stella doesn't hate me for what happened to Raphael." Alexander said.

Damn it, don't bring that help. But I have noticed a difference in Alexander this morning. I can smell it. Nervousness and joy. Interesting.

"Well, let's not get carried away." Magnus told him.

I couldn't help but agree.

"I just mean now that you are healthy. So, I was thinking we could have dinner tonight, on the balcony, view of the city. The head chef can prepare something special." Alexander told us with his adorable smile.

"What are you planning?" Jace asked.

"Who knows." Alexander told him.

"Oh, how romantic/ sounds amazing." Magnus and I said.

"May I ask what the occasion is?" Magnus continued

"There's no occasion. I just thought it would be nice. What? I can't do something nice with my girlfriend and boyfriend?" Alexander asked us.

"No." I said.

"We just are lucky people." Magnus told him.

"Not as lucky as I am." He said looking at us. "Okay. I'll see you y'all tonight at 8 o'clock." He said, kissing our cheeks before leaving.

"Magnus, I have to go do something for a while. I'll be back in time for the dinner. If you or Alexander need me, I won't be able to help till I come back." I told him.

"Alright, my star. Be safe. I love you." He told me.

"I love you too, my kitty cat." I said kissing him.

I walked out the room, opening a portal to the Spiral Labyrinth. I went towards the library and looked up everything about the Gard.

After hours of searching, I finally found a way to locate Raphael. I grabbed a ring of mine off, doing a locator spell. It should allow me to have visions of where he is at.

Mur vara en gartus sanguieneus I muttered

I gasped as I saw Raphael being burned. Then nothing.

"No!" I yelled. "NO! NO! THAT HAS TO BE A LIE! TELL ME MY BOY IS NOT DEAD!" I screamed, crying. I could the magic trying to push me down as my own reacted.

"Stella, I need you to breath." Magnus said, but I couldn't listen.

No! No! No!

I cried not knowing if my boy was dead or not. That wasn't the Gard. Wherever he is, he's being tortured, and I can't protect him. I couldn't protect him.

"WHERE IS MY BOY!" I yelled.

"Shh, mama. I'm right here. Listen to my voice. I'm here. I'm alive. This hasn't happened yet. I'm right here." Raphael told me as he held me.

"My sweet boy. Mi mijo. Mi vida." I cried out, holding onto my son.

"Estoy aquí, mamá. No voy a ir a ninguna parte." He told me.
