You walk out of the bathroom with a towel around your waist and one for your hair. You walk into your room, closing the door behind you and you sit on a chair in front of your mirror
"What am I doing? " you say to yourself and sigh
You stand up and grab your phone before you sit back down to videocall Cleo
"Pick up the phone, Cleo " you mumble "please "
You end the call and throw your phone on your bed. You hold your face in your hands and take a deep breath
"Okay " you stand up "I'm gonna do this "

You arrive at the beach, at the spot you and the pogues always hang out and sit on a cut tree trunk which you always use as an extra seat. You see Jj's lighten cigarette still there from earlier today
The sea is too calm tonight. You take your shoes off and hold them as you stand up and start walking along the beach, feet in the sea up to the ankle, until you reach the end of the beach
You see someone's shadow where the sand ends
"Jj? " you ask and you see Jj's face walking towards you
"Hey " he smiles looking at you up and down
"Hey " you smile back "Why are we here? " you look around looking for anything
"You'll see " he smirks while he holds his hand out for you and you grab it
You climb for a while until you see a tall rock in front of you and you turn to look at Jj
"We're not climbing up there, are we? " you ask nervous
"You are not " he says and knees in front of you pointing at his back
"What? Are you sure? " you ask laughing
"Yeah " he holds your hands helping you get on his back "Come on "
"You're an idiot " you laugh as he walks both of you up there. He still holds your hand
"Just for you, princess "

A few minutes later you get off his back and let go of his hand
"We're here "
You see a picnic set up and you have a spectacular ocean view. The sun goes down and the sunset looks amazing. Perfect timing.
"You did this for me? " you say walking towards the sunset "The sunset looks gorgeous " you turn to look at Jj
"So you like it? " he smiles and walks towards you
"I love it " you run up to him smiling and give him a hug "Thank you, Jayj"
He chuckles "You're welcome, princess "

A few moments later, you have been talking and laughing while eating and you took some cute pics together like these:

"It's so beautiful " you say staring at the sun disappearing behind the ocean
"Yeah, princess " he looks at you smiling
"What's up with that? " you turn at Jj
"What's up with what? " he asks confused
"Princess. Is that my new nickname or somethin'? "
"I don't know " he laughs "I just liked it on you " he smirks
"I can get on board with it " you smile holding eye contact
"Wanna dance? " he asks standing up, holding his hand out for you
You laugh "Sure " you take his hand and stand up with him
He pulls his phone out of his pocket and puts a song on
You move closer to him and he wraps his hands around your waist as you lay one hand on his shoulder and one behind his neck. "The night we met" (your favorite love song) starts playing and you slow dance to the song. For a second you both burst into laughter at the same time but then continue dancing
"You know, I wasn't sure if I should come " you say shyly
"Can't blame ya " you both laugh
"I'm glad I came, though " you smile staring into his eyes
"Me too " Jj nods "Um I don't wanna scare ya or anything " he gets serious "and I-I love you so much, y/n but- "
"I love you, too " you say trying to help his anxiety and his hands that are slightly shaking
"I know " Jj smiles "but I haven't felt like that before "
You move your hands into his and hold them tightly to stop them from shaking "What do you mean, Jayj? "
"That right there.. I don't just love you, I love everything about you. I love it when you make me laugh, I love it when I'm around you, you make me feel safe when you hold me in your hands like you do right now, you make me blush everytime you call me 'Jayj' or 'Jay', I love the way you're so caring and even though we haven't known you for too long, we can't imagine the pogues without you. Even though I didn't like you at first, I can't imagine my life without you. I wanna be with you with every meaning of the word, I wanna wake up next to you and I wanna be the guy that makes you feel safe when nothing else does.. Y/n.. I think I'm in love with you.. "
"J- " you tear up a bit "I think I'm in love with you, too " you smile squeezing his hands a bit tighter
"Really? " Jj smiles and you nod
He slips one of his hands out of yours and wipe your tear away with his thumb "I love you, princess "
