Seconds later I hear Angela telling Fatima she would talk to her later. I yelled downstairs

Angela: You sound to happy that I'm leaving bye Zac

Fatima came walking up the stairs

Fatima: Why do I feel like you had something to do with Angela leaving early

Zac: I don't know what you talking about

Fatima: Sure you don't

Fatima: Because it's comfortable

On another subject your tenants automatic withdrawal came back insufficient. This is the second month this happened. Then I tried to call her and you know she hung up on me. But that's okay she's being served papers today.

Zac: What you mean she's being served papers.

Fatima: She's late on her payment and she's been in violation multiples times. She has less than 30 days left so we have every right to evict her.

And I'm sure she's going to be calling an apologizing but it's too late. She gotta go, I been letting shit slide. Now that I'm pregnant and can't beat her ass like I want to she gotta go.
