In Love With A Cheater

River was 6 months old

I had found a job and Hallie babysat River for me, and it had been going well. Last month I found a place to live and Hallie helped me move in. Now I'm settled and work in a daycare, I've always wanted to run my own one. Hallie said we could run one together so we are saving up. River is 6 months in 3 days, he's getting so big.

He was my world and I didn't need family. Hallie worked from home so was able to babysit. I called her Aunty Hallie, I like to think she's River's auntie.
9am - Thursday
I woke up and got ready for work, then got River up. I got him dressed in some dinosaur overalls and a white bodysuit. I then got him his bottle, I fed him and then got our bags and went to the car. I put River in his car seat then started driving to Hallie's it takes about 5 minutes. I got there and knocked on her door.
"Hi, how's River."
"He's good, I have to run I'm running behind I need to be in at 10.30."
"That's okay see you later."
"Bye."
I rushed off, I got to work.
"Hi Kate sorry I'm late."
"It's okay Bella."
I went to the staff room and put my phone away and my bag away. I then went to the baby room. This wasn't a big Daycare, there where 3 rooms.
Baby - 2m ~ 1y
Toddler 1y ~ 3y
Preschool 3y ~ 5y
Kate was the manager and Lola was in charge of toddlers and Poppy was in charge of Preschool. I became the leader of the baby room as there last one left. Today it was just me in the baby room as there was only 2 babies. Kate left after I got into the room.
Today there was a Joey who is 3 months old and Cressida who is 10 months old.
