Background: Hiroto Kobayashi is the next Kamen Rider Fourze, he is the successor of Gentaro Kisaragi. He is the legendary delinquent of high school long time ago before he become the SCHALE teacher of every Academies of Kivotos. Unlike Gentaro who want to be friend, he is a delinquent who punch at some bad guy who hurt innocent people, but he like Gentaro want to be friend with anyone. He is mix with Gentaro & Jiro Kurebayashi. He is a childhood lover of Misaki Yamamoto. When he was a kid, he meet Misaki when she doesn't have any friends, he become Misaki's first friend and she want to become his lover. But Hiroto went to cram school called Tanaka High School, when he learn from the kid that his father pay with the money to study, he ask one of Yakuza's friend and learn that the school scam people. This make him angry, he punch at the principal and the man who behind this, he continue to beat up the principal. But he was arrest by the police, then the police let him go, he reunite with Misaki. As they both heading to dinner restaurant for food, but suddenly they meet Tsukasa, and give him the Fourze Driver. Now Hiroto & Misaki transported to Blue Archive's world.
