I woke up to see a still passed out Minji
I got up and got ready, I checked my phone and saw I got a reminder for Minji's birthday
For the past few days I've been setting up a big birthday surprise for minji's birthday, I feel kinda guilty though as I've been acting secretive with minji recently but it's all worth it to the look on her face when she sees what I did just for her
"Y/nnnn" I hear minji groan
"Yes my dear?" I turn
"Come hereeee I wanna cuddle" she says tiredly
"Okay" I jump in bed with her and spoon her
"Do you know what day it is today?" Minji asks
"Hmmm, I don't know" I say sarcastically
"I know you know" she hits my arm playfully
"Owwww, and of course I know, it's your birthday" I laugh
"Soo are we doing anything special today?" She turns to face me
"Well sadly we can't, I have to finalize my the big deal I told you about" I lie
"Awww, will you still have time to celebrate with cake or something?" Minji pouts
"Of course, actually before I forget" I get up and open up our shared closet and look through my side of closet
"Here it is" I take out a carefully wrapped present
"Your birthday gift" I give her the gift
Minji sits up and slowly starts unwrap the present
"WAIT NO WAYYYY" she squeals
Inside the box was an old photo of us in middle school, minji thought she lost the photo and cried A LOT the week she lost it, but I thankfully found it unharmed. I also bought her a bunny plushie with it
"YOU FOUND IT?? WHEN? ALSO I LOVE THE BUNNY IM NAMING HIM BERNICE" She kisses me and hugs me
"Hehehe, you should be more careful where you put your stuff my dear" I kiss her on cheek
"Yea yea, anyways I'm hungry" minji gets up and walks outside to the kitchen
"I'll make waffles" I say

As I chomp down on my birthday waffles, y/n gets ready to go to work
"Alright, Im going now" Y/n kisses my cheek
"Aww already" I frown
"Don't worry, I'll be back before you know it" y/n says as I follow her to the front door
"Don't have fun without me" y/n winks before she leaves
"Alright" I kiss her one last time and y/n goes to her car
As I lock the door I sigh out of sadness
For the past few days y/n has been kinda distant from me, she also gets home really late, sometimes I think y/n is cheating on me but she would never do that to me... I hope
I go to the living room and decide to watch some movies or shows in the meantime

It was 7pm and I was getting ready for a birthday dinner with my friends
I texted y/n multiple times to see if she would come but she didn't answer, she just left me on delivered
I go outside to see Dani's car in the front
"Happy birthday!!!" Everyone screams and I get in the car
"Thanks guys!!" I hug everyone
"Is y/n not coming with you?" Hanni asks
"Nope, she's busy with a deal" i answer sadly
"Don't worry, she'll probably show up" Hyein reassure me

we finally got to *restaurant name*
As the waiter walks us over to a room he tells us to wait infront of the entrance to the room
I was confused on why this would happen until he let us in
We walked into a pitch black room
"SURPRISEEE!!!" The lights turn on and I see my girlfriend jump up behind the table along with everyone from my agency shout
"AHH!! NO WAY!!" I jump in surprise
"Happy birthday to youuu~ happy birthday to youuu~ happy birthday dear minji~ happy birthday to youu~" everyone claps and sings as y/n walks up to me with a cake and lit up candles
"Happy birthday my love" y/n says with a massive grin on her face
"Thank you" i give her a kiss as i blow out the candles
"I've spent the past few days planning this, I also closed up the massive deal so it's a celebration for the both of us!" Y/n exclaims
"Wow I thought you were cheating on me!" I hit her lightly on the arm
"I would never! You know I love you too much to do that!" Y/n kisses me on the cheek and we sit down at the table to eat
