Day 28:

"Blue Matter"

Blue matter, dark and deep, a sea of pain, I cannot sleep

My heart a ship, adrift in sorrow, sailor of my own demise, I'll follow

The waves of grief, they crash and break my soul, a storm, with no escape

The winds of despair, they howl and scream, my mind a prisoner, lost in a dream

I seek a port to anchor my soul, and escape this storm that takes its toll.

My heart is heavy, burdened with grief, I crave calmness, a much-needed relief.

Oh, let me sail away from this life, on a ship of serenity, free from strife.

For my anguish is an anchor that drags me down, and my suffering a storm that never leaves town.

"Anguish and suffering are storms that can drown us, and overthinking is the anchor that keeps us submerged. And only by cutting ourselves loose can we find the calm waters of peace." ~~ROSE.S❤️
