Chapter 52: Bundle Of Happiness

They both laid on the bed. Sidharth stretched his one arm and Naaz immediately hugged him keeping her head on his arm.

After sometime Sidharth said, "Waise Naaz, Punjab is a big state. Tumhe jaana kaha hai?"

"Mohali!" She uttered. "It's my birthplace. Mohali ke ek gaaon mein mera parivar rehta tha. Mujhe toh thik se yaad bhi nahi woh jagah kaisi hai. Mujhe ek baar waha jaana hai."

"Jaayenge na. Main kaal hi train ki tickets book kar leta hoon."

"Nahi. Hum by road jaayenge."

"Fine. Your wish my command." Said Sidharth to which Naaz giggled.

After that she said, "Paata hai Sidharth, kabhi kabhi na lagta hai main koi sapna dekh rahi hoon. Meri zindagi mein itni saari khushiyan hongi, maine kabhi socha nahi tha."

"Agar tumhe lagta hai yeh sab ek sapna hai, toh phir tumhari neend kabhi khulne nahi wali. Puri zindagi tumhe iss sapne ke andar jeena hoga. Main tumhe jaag ne nahi dunga."

Saying that Sidharth hugged her tightly.

"Mujhe jaag na hi nahi hai." Said Naaz and closed her eyes.

They both slept hugging each other.

After a few days...

Sidharth and Naaz were ready for their Punjab trip and biding everyone goodbye.

"Preeti Di chalti hoon." Said Naaz.

"Dhyan se jaana. Aur apne honeymoon pe acche se romance karna. Waha koi hoga bhi nahi disturb karne ke liye." Said Preeti making Naaz blush.

She then went to meet others. Sidharth was also going but Preeti stopped him.

"Sidharth tujhse zaroori baat karni thi." Said Preeti.

"Haan baataiye." Said Sidharth.

"Tune saara zaroori saaman pack kar liya hai nah apne saath?"

"Yeah.... Almost everything."

"And protection?"

Sidharth immediately looked at the others to notice if anyone heard or not. But fortunately they were busy biding Naaz goodbye.

"Preeti Di aap ko sharam nahi aati yeh sab baat karte hue?" Asked Sidharth with disbelief.

"Sharam kis baat ki? Sirf do saal badi hoon tujhse. I'm like your friend. Aur main tujhse sirf itna puch rahi hoon ki tune apne saath protection liya hai yaa nahi. Kyu ki jis gaaon mein tu jaa raha hai, paata nahi waha kuch milega bhi yaa nahi. Phir waha jaa ke problem mein fas jaayega. Unless you are planning to make babies...."

"Stop it!"

Saying that Sidharth left from there being embarassed. Preeti laughed in her mind.

Sidharth went to Naaz and she asked, "Kya keh rahi thi Preeti Di?"

"K...k...kuch nahi. Tum chalo na humein late ho raha hai." He said to avoid the conversation.

"Chalti hoon Maa. Aap sab apna khayal rakhna." Said Naaz for the last time.

"Chalti hoon nahi kehte hai aati hoon." Said Rita Maa.

"Aati hoon." She said smiling.

Then they left home and got inside the car. The servants put their luggage inside the car. Then Sidharth started driving.

Next morning...

Sidharth and Naaz reached their destination. It took almost 10 hours to reach the homestay of the village where they were staying.
