"Come on." I hopped of the desk and took his hand in mine.
He looked at me with his eyebrows raised.
"We need to get the kids ready."
"You leaving ?" He asked as he stood up.
"Yeah, it's getting pretty late now."
"Spend the night." He pulled me by my waist, colliding my chest with his.
"Kenny-"
"Please ?"
This is the fourth night I've tried to leave and he wouldn't let me. I don't even know the last time I was at my house. I admit, I love spending time with him. Kiara and Kai are also happy when it's the four of us, instead of three... He's just asking me to spend another night, not for me to move in. So I don't see any reason for refusing.
"Okay." I smiled causing him to also reciprocate the action.
"I love you." He pecked my lips causing me to grin like an idiot.
"I love you more."
"That isn't even merely possible." His hands trailed all over my curves.
"And what's that supposed to mean ?" I pretended to be offended.
"Exactly that."
I chuckled. "Well.. when I say I love you more, I don't mean I love you more than you love me. I mean I love you more than the bad days ahead of us, I love you more than any fight we will ever have, I love you more than the distance between us, I love you more than any obstacle that could come between us. I love you the most."
"Did you read that somewhere ?"
"YouTube." I chuckled causing him to laugh.
"You're cute when you laugh." I smiled.
"I'm not cute."
"You are, like a little-"
"Okay first you use cute, then little." He pushed me to the desk and pressed himself against me. "There's nothing cute or little about me, got that ?"
I nodded, looking at him. Feeling his hard on pressed to my lower abdomen made me unable to let out an audible sound.
Kenny's hands went to unbotton my jeans and immidietly the door clicked and opened.
Really? I thought to myself as I rested my head on Kenny's chest.
"I'm hungry." Kiara stood, looking at the two of us.
I could cry right now...
Kenny chuckled before kissing my cheek which made me believe I said that out loud. He slowly pulled away from me and attended to Kiara. "Okay princess, what do you wanna have ?"
"Ice cream." She smiled excitedly.
"For the hundredth time Kiara, ice cream is not a meal." I replied walking out of the room.
They both followed but Kiara went up the stairs to her playroom because Kenny said he'll inform her when everything's ready.
"What are we making ?" I asked as we entered the kitchen.
"Just a quick lasagna and a tomato feta salad." Kenny replied taking out the ingredients. "You can just peel and slice the vegetables cause I know you don't even have an idea of what we're putting inside."
"Good choice." I nodded taking the vegetables and washing them with water.
Kenny showed me how to slice and dice until I ended up doing it on my own without his help. Now I can finally see how much Yvonne was doing for us, cooking, cleaning, being a nanny for the kids when I had missions to do. She's a lifesaver.
