The ache in his heart was undeniable. He mourned the potential loss of her, even though they had never truly been anything to each other. Yet, he couldn't shake the feeling that she belonged to him.
It felt like an uphill battle, with the odds stacked against him. Anyone could muster up the courage to fight when victory was guaranteed, but true bravery lay in fighting despite the certainty of defeat.
Jungkook's eyes fluttered shut as Jihoon's words sank in. The mention of Taehyung needing Jisoo left him in a state of disbelief. Jihoon couldn't help but notice his uncle's silence in response to the revelation.
"What's wrong?" Jihoon inquired, concern evident in his voice. Jungkook turned around slowly, meeting his gaze with a solemn expression.

"I'm sick of this."
"I can't do this anymore!"
"I agreed to help my father avenge my brother, but now I see that this isn't what I thought it would be!"
"I only want to take down Minho, not others!" Jihoon vented his frustrations to his uncle, locking eyes with him. Jungkook sighed softly, feeling the tension build in his body.
"Jihoon... I don't think this is a good idea!"
"Your... your mother is not in a good state!"
"I don't know if I can bring her here tomorrow!"
"Plus, it might be too much for her to handle all this information at once!" Jungkook expressed his concern with a hint of worry.
"But... can't you at least give her a heads up about what's happening?"
"Prepare her before bringing her here!"
"I'll do my best to explain everything to her once she arrives," Jihoon requested. Jungkook ran a hand through his hair and paced to the other side, clearly feeling the weight of the situation.
