First Gigs and Questions

Brianna's POV

The date last night was amazing! Cal couldn't have taken me on a better date and then to top it all off he asked me to be his girlfriend and I obviously said yes. Calum had asked me to meet the boys at his house seen as he said they needed ''banding'' time, or whatever that means. I walked down the now familiar street of Calum's house. I didn't even knock on the door, we were all like family now so we would walk into each other's houses whenever we felt like it. 

''When I come to the club step aside!'' I sang as I entered the house. They all looked up chuckling at my Fergie solo. ''Yo Brianna in da house!'' Luke shouted trying to act all urban...it wasn't working for him. I shook my head and sat on the floor next to Calum. Everyone suddenly went silent staring at me and Calum. ''Sooooooooooooo how was the date then?'' Ashton asked leaning forward so his chin was resting in his hand. That dude is such a girl I swear. ''It was nice thank you Ashton.'' I blushed. Ashton saw and giggled at the fact I was getting so embarrassed. ''So are you two like a thing now?'' Michael asked clapping his hands together. Me and Calum looked at each other and laughed. ''Yes Mikey we are.'' I told him. The guys all cheered and Calum shook his head whilst getting tackled to the floor by Luke.

''Guys I'm gonna go get some snacks. Anyone coming?'' I asked standing up and dusting off my jeans. ''Yea I will!'' Ashton said standing up and following me into the kitchen. ''So how was it?'' Ashton asked whilst getting 4 cans of Coke out of the fridge. ''It was amazing Ash he is so sweet he took me to the park and then we got take away, we watched a movie at his under the blankets whilst eating Jelly Babies and seriously it was amazing I couldn't have asked for anything better. ''Awww you guys make a cute couple. So I see the plan went smoothly.'' Ashton asked, obviously I had told him about the ''Me and Luke dating'' plan the first day he showed up at school. ''Yea it did, unfortunately for Luke it didn't but I hope he finds someone.'' Ashton nodded.

''Let's go before them three get cranky for not having food.'' I laughed pushing myself off the counter and following Ash back into the living room, ''So have you guys thought of any band names yet?'' I asked plonking myself back next to Calum. ''Well Michael was thinking 5 Second Summer but it doesn't quite roll off the tongue.'' Luke explained. Calum hummed in agreement.

''Bromance.'' They all laughed at their stupid suggestion.

''How about 5 Seconds Of Summer then?'' Michael suggested, the guys all looked at each other and shrugged. In my opinion that wasn't a bad name. ''Yea I like that, lets just go with that.'' They all shrugged.

''Well that's settled then we are 5 Seconds Of Summer.'' Luke said the boys all nodded and we went back to having a normal conversation well not that normal as the boys started talking about turtles...

I was debating on sleeping at Calum's with the rest of 5 Seconds Of Summer but it was 6:00 and my Mum said she wanted me to stay at home tonight. I was walking past the Annandale Hotel, so many acts have played there. There was an advertisement that caught my eye on the door. ''WANNA BOOK A GIG FOR YOUR BAND BOOK NOW! JUST RING *** *** ***'' I risky thought went through my head as I walked away from the hotel and pulled out my phone. I was going to book these guys a gig. I rung the number and after the 2nd ring someone picked up.

''Hello Annandale Hotel how may I help you.''

''Hello I was wondering if I could book a gig at your hotel?''

''Yes of course what is the bands name?''

''5 Seconds Of Summer.''

''And when would you like to play.''

''Err will 3rd December be ok?''

''Yep that will be fine, ok then and can I have contact details incase I need to get in touch?''

''Yes sure my number is *** *** ***''

''Great thank you, see you then.''

They hung up and I put my phone back into my pocket and turned on my heel back to Calum's house to tell him the news.

I barged through Calum's door once again and ran into the living where the were all sat watching T.V. ''Brianna what's up?'' Calum asked jumping from his seat and to where I was stood. ''I booked you guys a gig.'' I told them. They all looked at me speechless. ''WHAT?'' Ashton shouted jumping up from his seat. ''Yes I was walking home and there was an advertisement for bands wanting to book gigs and I went ahead and did it for you, you play at the Annandale Hotel on the 3rd December so get practising love you all gotta go.'' And with that I have a Calum quick kiss and ran back out of his house.

Calum's POV

She had booked us a gig she had actually gone and booked us our first gig. ''Right then looks like we better get practising, and we need to like advertise this see if people will actually show up.'' Ashton explained we all nodded and made our way to our instruments because we needed to practise.

A/N: STOOCH! Ok so their first gig! I know this is not how the whole first gig shindig went down but just go wiff da flow. It's ma b-day tomorrow TURN UP! Imagine if I saw 5SOS on my birthday and they serenaded me on my birthday with the Pizza song GOALS! No but seriously that would never happen since they do not come to my city for another 6 days.... So I should probably leave right now... (I think they're song lyrics) So I am just gonna jigglypuff myself away from this Authors Note and see ya guys soon. Vote? Comment? Follow?
