"Alright you said...twist my wrist" he does so and in a flash his watch turns into a gold morpher with a dark purple gem in the middle, the other three follow "Now?"
Ross nods, raising the wrist with his morpher on it.
"Tap it, grab the disk and spin it saying 'Open the Codex', like this" he then shows the motion he did.
Richie nodded before looking at the others.
"Come on, we doing this!?"
The other three nod with...varying levels of enthusiasm.
"Alright - Now!"
"Open the Codex!"
A bright swirl of colours blinded Ross' view for a moment, only to reveal the four now morphed. The suits bear almost identical patterns to Ross' with some exceptions. Primarily in the helmet, each visor and helmet symbol is slightly different.
Richie's symbol was the Saturn Symbol, a somewhat stylized 'h' with a line through the top line. Melissa's the venus symbol a circle with a cross down from it. Axel's the symbol of the sun, a circle with a dot in the centre and Alisha the symbol of Neptune, a trident with a cross at the bottom of it.
"Woah..." Richie looked down at his black suit "...It's so weird...this power...its...its...Ross how do you..."
Ross stepped closer.
"Gisa, you okay?"
"Si, yeah...just...this power its...its like...someone plugged me right into the fucking sun!" he shouted "I don't know if that's...any way to explain this but that's I feel...I feel like..."
"Like my cells are on fire..." Axel says softly, voice shaking "No...no...my atoms...just...everything down to the smallest particle..."
"I feel supercharged!" Melissa looks around between the others "Guys...we're like...its...flooding me...it feels weird..."
"What's going on!? I can't...I can't think straight" Alisha hissed "It's...like electricity in my brain, everythings all over the place! The fuck do you fight like this!?"
Ross was almost surprised, he didn't expect that kind of reaction. Sure the power had caught him off guard, how it filled him. Grew from someplace deep inside his heart...he understood that much.
"Funny, my focus was sharpened...hm...everyone must react differently I guess. Just do what I say, you shouldn't be in too much danger." he says calmly "Your AIs can lead you to the devices I'm targeting, they can also tell you how to use your weapons okay? Richie, since yours isn't working so well, stick with me."
He looks ahead.
"My father is that way, luckily one of the devices we're after is north too." he turns to the others "Axel, go south! Melissa, southwest! Alisha Northeast!"
"Just because you're wearing red doesn't mean I need to listen to you. The fuck should I do what you say-"
Ross turns his focus right on her.
"Shut up and do what I said! Now is not the time to argue! It doesn't matter what my ranger colour is, I have experience in this. I know what I'm doing and for once in your life do as you're told!" he shouts with a confidence he didn't realise he had, he turns back to Richie "Lets go, I'll get you to take out the device while I get my dad"
"Sounds good Mars, I'm with you"
As they're running towards the north most device he looks at Ross.
"So...weapon"
