You and Kankei walk home and you both agreed to sleep on the bed. You put both brown envelopes onto the coffee table and take the side closest to the wall to sleep as Kaneki stays sat up with his head in his hands, crying more.

You wake up to Kaneki already dressed and a bag on. You sit up stretching and watch as he struggles to put on his shoes. You frown a bit because you know he's still stressed out. You yawn and he finally looks up at you.
"Sorry if I woke you, I need to go." Kaneki states as he finally gets his shoe on and stands up. You nod and also get up.
"I can drop you off, then go to work." You suggest and he smiles feeling comfort from your words knowing he won't be alone.
"That would be nice." He murmurs
"Let me get ready." You yawn once more before walking out the room and getting ready

You two make it to the university. You decided to wear a long fitted sage green T-shirt and leggings with converse. Your hair half up and half down. You put some jewellery on, bracelets, rings ect.
You look around the campus to see people eating at a small table outside and two others talking on the other side. Kaneki stops in his tracks to stare at the two girls eating a sandwich and smiling. You hear something behind you but before you could turn around, Kaneki gets jumped on
"Damn it, Kaneki! How long are you going to skip class you jerk? Do you know how hard it's been for me? If you won't come back soon, i'm going to die of loneliness." Hideyoshi grumbles with his hands on each of Kaneki's shoulders
"Woah, easy. Sorry man." Kaneki apologises
"And what's with the eyepatch? Is that some new trend i'm not into?" Hideyoshi questions. He continued to speak but you didn't bother listening. That was until Kaneki started getting shaken about
"Hm." You hum in amusement
"Hey, are you even listening to me? Earth to Kaneki!" Hideyoshi yells
"Huh? I'm sorry, what did you say?" Kaneki questions awkwardly trying to keep a blanc face as you roll your eyes
"I should get to work." You murmur pointing the other direction.
"Oh...is this why you've been skipping~?" Hideyoshi teases and Kaneki goes bright red.
"Come on, Hideyoshi!" Kaneki rushes as he pushes him.
"Bye, Kaneki's lover!" Hideyoshi yells as he continues to be pushed
"Bye, Y/n!" Kaneki also yells
"Bye...?" You say confused as you walk off to the coffee shop.

"You're late." Touka states as she sees you just getting into the uniform in the back of the cafe
"How late?" You question turning to her
"An hour." She grumbles with her eyebrow twitching
"I'll try be two." You tease and walk out with a grin and then start working.
