"Well even spaghetti is straight before it gets wet." He shrugged his shoulders. Max kept a straight face while he looked at the both of us laughing.

"I asked Adam today and he said Reginald is bisexual." Maddie chuckled.

"Isn't he married ?" I asked looking at the both of them.

"What's your point exactly ?" Max retorted with a bored expression.

I sear no one from my circle is going to heaven.

"Mom did you see my goldfish ?"

"You don't have a goldfish." I looked at her worried expression with my eyebrows raised.

"I do. Daddy won it for me at the fair yesterday." She turned to her brother who walked inside my room. "Kai did you see my Molly ?"

"Your goldfish ?" He took off his shoes, jumping on the bed to sit with me.

Kiara responded with a yes as she looked around the room.

He took my phone and opened it. "Where did you put it ?"

"I put it in the orange vase that was in the bathroom. Now I don't know where the vase is." She said as she took off her glasses wiping the tears that fell down. "I lost Molly."

"Orange vase ?" My eyes widened and she nodded.

I flushed the fucking fish.

"Okay okay stop crying baby." I said as I went to her and bent to her level. "Molly is completely fine, she's not lost. I just sent her to see her fish friends. She'll be back today okay ?"

"Really ?" She said as relief flooded in her.

"Yeah. Really." I kissed her cheek.

"Thank you mom." She smiled as she put her glasses back on.

I flushed the fish. I flushed Molly.

I just saw a vase with water in the bathroom and thought Yvonne was exchanging the water for flowers, getting rid of the dirty water to put the fresh water. I thought she ended up doing something then forgot the vase in the bathroom. I didn't even look when I flushed. I killed the fish.

Who even puts a fish in a vase ?!

"Okay Kiki don't you know you should put a fish in a colourless tank ?"

"I do know, that's why we went to buy it." She responded. "They gave it to us inside a plastic at the fair. I got home and put it in a vase because we didn't have a fish tank. Today Yada and I went to buy Molly a tank to be his new home."

I screwed up.

"Okay.. why don't you go help Yada make dinner ? I'll tell you when Molly comes back." I smiled at her until she got out of the door.

"You killed it didn't you ?" Kai chuckled immidietly after Kiara got out site.

"Shut up." I took my phone for him as he continued to laugh getting out of the room.

I opened my contacts and made a call.
"Boss lady." He said after answering on the first ring.

"Hey Adrian." I responded. "Remember when my dad made us do training for the whole day because we screwed up on a heist ?"

"Yeah ?"

"And you didn't come with food that day and I shared my fries with you because you were super hungry, and you said you owe me one ?"

"You do know that's just an expression right." He chuckled.

"Yeah I don't care." I replied pacing around the room. "I'm calling in the favour. I need a goldfish."
