It was dawn when Y/n was found bullied by Kim Mingyu and Jeon Jungkook, couldn't care less if Slytherins make fun of their own kind
"Oi! Back to your common rooms or I'll have Professor Bae take 5000 points from you"
"Fine" Mingyu drags the bunny with him, Nayeon lends out a hand to Y/n who coughed out blood. Y/n takes her hand and was assisted to the infirmary
"Drink this, and lay down.. I'll stay beside until you're all well"
"No need, I-I still need to get to Potions-" Nayeon's large hand stops her from standing, she was pushed down gently until her back rested on the pillows. Y/n looks over and observes her features and so on, she never realized how pretty this prefect is-
"Yah, stop looking.. I know I'm beautiful"
"Oh shut it, there was a bug on your face-" Nayeon shriek filled the room as she frantically wiped her face, but she realizes the dumb mistake and smacked Y/n lightly
"Stop, I hate bugs"
"But then you're in Slugs and Bugs club" Nayeon whines and cursed Y/n underneath her breath
"T-That was a dare, nitwit"
"If you say so~" Y/n teases, she drinks the healing potion and laid back down. The two had chatted for what seemed like hours, not noticing the time passing by
"So, don't you think you should get to class?"
"Oh it's alright, I can manage to stay until you feel better" Y/n smiles, thanking the girl with a smile
"Well, I do feel a lot better but my body still aches, is it okay if you accompany me somewhere?" Nayeon nods, helping the girl up to her feet and they walked around the common rooms
"So, why?"
"Ah, I just do.. And I have been observing you for a while" Nayeon admits, her hands behind her back as she beamed a smile at the taller girl. Y/n blushes a bit and looked away, the atmosphere went quiet but not awkward
"A-And I don't know if you remember.. I really wanted to thank you for saving me from the man who shall not be named"
"It's nothing really, Prefects like you should be well respected and protected at all times too" Y/n smiles softly, stopping at her tracks to look at Nayeon clearly
She takes a step forward, Nayeon stumbling back. A hand was supported to Nayeon's waist to keep her from falling, her arms automatically wrap around Y/n's nape and arm
"Sorry"
"You okay?" Nayeon nods, standing on her feet but not letting go of Y/n just yet. She looks up, fixing the strands of golden locks that fell on Y/n's face then rested her palm on her cheek
"Nayeon.."
"Hmm?" Nayeon slowly closes her eyes as she saw Y/n leaning in, capturing her pink lips in hers they felt their hearts thump madly that they could almost hear it just from the quietness of the halls. Y/n gently pushed the girl against the lockers and held the older girl's hand along the side of her head, intertwining their fingers as they kissed lovingly
"I fancy you, N-Nayeon Im"
"I do too, Y/n Williams" Both smiled to heart's content, they leaned for another kiss and made sure they won't leave with regrets
Few months later, Nayeon was walking by to her locker when she saw a letter that peaked out from the slit of the door. She smiles at the familiar colored envelope, opening she sees few letters written on the center
'Flowers bloom just how our hearts do, the sun shining just like the smile that makes any day brighter
