(Naoki and Tatsuo are seen in the hospital as they watch the woman they saved, and then she wakes up.)
Wiz: Where am I?
Naoki: You're in a hospital.
Wiz: Why? What happened?
Tatsuo: You got attacked by a villainous lady.
Naoki: But, you're gonna be fine.
Wiz: Who are you two?
Naoki: My name is Naoki Ryuga.
Tatsuo: I'm Tatsuo.
Wiz: Call me Wiz.
Naoki/Tatsuo: Nice to meet you, Wiz.
Wiz: Likewise, boys.
(Suddenly some slams are heard.)
Naoki: What's going on?
Tatsuo: Let's find out.
(Then both leave the room and turn to see a masked woman and a muscular woman causing a ruckus in the hospital.)
Naoki: I can tell those two are up to no good.
Tatsuo: Yeah, and they'll keep it up if we don't do something. (sees the Boost Buckle) Give me that.
Naoki: Huh?
(Tatsuo takes the Boost Buckle, and then he places his Desire Driver in his waist as Naoki does the same.)
DESIRE DRIVER!
(Then they place their raise buckles in their drivers.)

DUAL ON! ARMED WATER. NINJA!
BOOST!
(They transform into Kamen Riders Tycoon and Geats, drawing the two villainous women's attention.)
READY, FIGHT!

(Tycoon charges at Power Lady and slams her into a wall while Geats punches Masked Woman. They keep it up until the villains try to counter, but they block their attacks. Tycoon then shoots both villains constantly before Geats prepares to finish both of them.)
BOOST GRAND STRIKE!
(Geats charges the Boost Puncher, and covers his hand in red energy, and delivers an uppercut punch that causes both Power Lady and Masked Woman to fly back and explode.)
Geats: And the winner in the end... is me.
(They revert back to normal and decide to leave the hospital, not noticing that Wiz was watching them.)
Wiz: So it was them who saved me... I hope I can meet them again.
(The last scene shows Naoki returning to his home as the screen fades out.)
