Octavia decided to take a more direct approach. "It's like the difference between a Fiat and a Ferrari. They're both cars, but one is just more luxurious and refined than the other."
"When did you become such an expert on pastries and cars?" He quirked an eyebrow at her.
Octavia smirked. "I guess that's just what Italy does to a girl."
Joe laughed, realizing that he wasn't going to win this argument. "Alright, fine, you win."
"Wouldn't be the first time." And she planted a kiss on his cheek. A victory kiss.

The couple aimlessly walked the cobbled streets taking in all of the beautifully crafted Italian architecture. It seemed that they really had no where to be and time had melted away from reality. Joe had other plans.
"So what's on the itinerary today, my dear?" Octavia asked, trying to peer over the buildings in front of her.
"Well, I thought first I would show you all of the must-see touristy places and then just where ever the road takes us." He shrugged as a way to ask if that sounded good.
"You sure do know how to make a girl swoon, Joey."
And he did. Especially when he took her to the Colosseum first. Which was much bigger than Octavia had imagined; more grand, more everything. She truly felt like she was stepping back in time as she stepped onto the cool stone floor.
Joe couldn't help but feel a swell of emotion as he watched Octavia take it all in. The grand arena was spread out before them, and even though it had fallen into disrepair over the centuries, it was still an awe-inspiring sight.
"This is incredible," Octavia breathed, her voice filled with awe.
Joe grinned triumphantly. He had known that she would be impressed, but he had never imagined that she would be this moved by the experience.

Joe couldn't help but sneak a few pictures of Octavia. He didn't want to ruin the moment by distracting her with his camera, but he also wanted to capture her in this beautiful setting. His practice of doing so from the other countries had become ritualistic and he was determined to create an album of his adventures with her.
