Ever since Joe heard about his party, he followed Octavia around like a lost puppy asking her all kinds of questions.
"What kind of party is it??" He asked for the fourth time in a row.
"I'm not telling you! That ruins the surprise." She tried to save herself from lying.
"Tell me!! Please please please please please!" He begged
"Are you five!? I'll tell you if you stop begging." He nodded and she paused for a moment to see if he really would stop.
"Well... it's black tie, super fancy, and it's at your favorite restaurant. Then there's a small party afterwards!" She lied.
"Black tie... you just wanna see me in a suit don't you?"
"Seeing you as John Deacon was enough." She blurted, suddenly embarrassed.
"Enough for what?" He inquired, a nervousness in his voice.
"Enough to know that... you take dress up way to seriously."
"Oh... yeah I guess I do." He sounded defeated.
"Are you okay? You were so cheerful like 6 seconds ago."
"It's nothing I just thought... I just thought you liked my John Deacon cosplay that's all." Joe continued to act defeated.
"Joseph Francis Mazzello the third!! You had me freaked out for a second!" She slapped him once she caught on to his act.
