The car ride going to Hoseok's house party is quiet. Taehyung didn't utter a single word, she's looking out of the window watching the cars pass by and Hoseok is getting worried about her. He holds her hand and asks
"Are you ok? If you want you can stay in my room till the party is over. You don't have to join me if you're feeling sick"
Taehyung looks at him and smiles a little
"I will be fine.. like you said, I'll enjoy it and you'll always be with me right?"
She squeezed his hand softly turning her head to look outside the window
They reach the front door and Hoseok opens the car door on her side, reaching his hand for her to hold. His butler informs her that Jin and Namjoon are already inside with a few of his guests. Taehyung looked around and saw Jieun standing at near one of the tables with champagne in hand
She looks down avoiding her gaze. She forgot to ask Hoseok if there's a chance that she will be there but as she saw her she already knew..
She was one of her school mates back in high school and she didn't like her though she knows the feeling is mutual. She's a former friend
Jungkook's car follows stopping at the back of their car drives by his brother with Jimin on the passenger seat. They all comes out of it to join them going inside of the house
The living room and arrange to accomodate a lot of people. Seojoon and Hyungsik comes to her view to greet the host and his date. They congratulate Hoseok for his achievement and kiss Taehyung on her cheeks..
Taehyung smiles greeting them all till Jieun walks to her best friend without glancing at her. She kissed Hoseok at his cheeks smiling sweetly at him
"Hello.. thank you for inviting me here! I didn't expect to received an invitation"
They were both new in the industry. They try there luck auditioning after high school till they accepted on a same agency as trainees. Hoseok in dancing, singing and rapping while Jieun focus on singing. The debuted in consecutive months. Hoseok first then Jieun
They are not close per se but as trainees and school mates as the same time they encountered each other a lot in unavoidable situations and it's just not right not to invite her

She had a not so good incident with her and Taehyung thinks she can't forgive her.. she thought she's her true friend but she has motives until Taehyung realized they both like the same guy but trying to forget it
Taehyung knows Jungkook would never be hers. She wants to accept it but still she can't control how she feels and acts around him and still hopes but now, seeing her in that party and Jungkook doesn't have someone going there. She concludes that she is his date
Taehyung force a smile even Jieun totally ignores her. As if Hoseok stands there alone and Hoseok know what she did. He just smile at her and pull Taehyung to walk further inside the house. He didn't let go of her hand giving his best friend a look of comfort
"Thank you Hobi..." She whispers at him and Hoseok pull her in the waist
"I got you Tae.. she can't hurt you again"
He says smiling at her
"I'm sorry for not informing you that she will be here.. I can't tell my manager not to invite her, you know her.. she will make a fuss about it"
Hoseok explain whispering to her. Their faces were so close while talking and it's all natural for others to see them like that
Bogum walks to them, interrupting their conversation. They both turns to look at him. He's looking handsome in his simple clothes holding a single stem of rose for her
