Three years ago...

The journey to saki's house was quite a long one, the crooked road and the rain falling didn't make it any easy on her. She always hated the rain. It always reminded her of why she left . Her parents house did her no good. The memories of her dad lingers each time she stayed back home. She needed a different environment. The picture of her father's death was devastating she would had preferred hearing instead than what she saw. She saw his body hanged in sitting room. The sight took a forever picture in her mind.  The whispers around her, some saying that her father was tired of her and her lavish life , could not help but take his life . Others looked at her with pity, which she hated. She knew her dad, he was anything but suicidal.

Saki was of help during those times , her best friend. Saki was more like little heart beats of hope around always sticking beside like a glue. Saki was persistent on her coming to live with her during those period of pain. The sight of saki 's house brought her thoughts back. She arrived at the front door and ranged the bell, A little boy showed up in front of her. She was little taken back on whether she had knocked on the wrong her. The little looked at her with his eyes looking cute.

" hello there, I am looking for  miss saki quick" she asked the little boy with a little smile on her face. The boy seemed very happy knowing that saki's name was called.
" yes, she is my...." The little boy was trying to complete his sentence when saki came.
" Karim, I told you to tell me who was at the door " saki scolded him. Saki seemed a little pissed that the little boy was talking to me. The little boy looked like he was about to cry , saki quickly picked him up and whispered something into his ears. The little boy came down with a smile running along .

"Saki don't get angry he was just being sweet and nice, who is he by the way" she asked trying to get her luggage inside.
" He is my brother " Saki said closing the door behind her.
" Saki you have no siblings "  She was in deep thoughts because she knew that saki was the only child of Mr and mrs Quick.
" You know what, it is complicated " saki said trying to dismiss the topic.
" so how was your trip "
" it was good, you know I hate raining days"
"Okay since you are here, let's get you Settled, my friend Christian is coming around" saki said with happiness in her eyes. As much as she would want peace and quiet, saki wasn't going to let her have that mood as long as she was staying with her.

The door bell rang.
" Oops I think he can quite early " said Saki moving towards the door with cheering smile. When saki opened the door she saw a man who was striking handsome with a ruddy smile. She was staring at him trying to wonder how someone can be this handsome. They made their way towards her. Saki introduced them.

" Ada, meet Christian". Bringing out his hands to meeting hers , it was electrifying. That moment she was lost in his eyes. He just made a gentle smile towards her way. It seemed after that first meeting he seemed to have gotten her number from her friend . She felt things were finally going to be good for her over here. He was intentionally about knowing her.

" So will you tell me what going on between you and Christian " saki was often asked with her eyebrows being raised up and ended up tensing her about Christian . She would always shuddered the topic. The fact that he didn't pressure her into getting a relationship with him was one of the fact she liked about him,he understood her. She felt free with him, she could tell him about her past without feeling guilty about anything. He made feel like her former self again. She was falling for him.

"I love you Ada" was what he told her every time he was with her. How rich was those words . She loved when he told her that. She didn't respond anytime he told her. He always gave her an assurance.

" I will love you always "
