"Get up, dork," Ririka stood over her sister. Sayaka was still fast asleep.
"No," Kirari pulled Sayaka closer into her embrace.
"Its six in the evening. You two slept through the day."
"What?" Kirari couldn't believe her ears. She pulled away from Sayaka who rolled over on her side and continued to sleep, curling up into a ball. Kirari reached for her blue robe and covered Sayaka with it and sat perched over her, watching adoringly. She glanced at the clock and confirmed that they had indeed slept through the day. The wood in the fireplace had long since turned to ash.
