Kirari spent a few minutes stoking the fireplace in her room before changing into the matching lingerie that Ririka had picked out for them for tonight's arena. She finished the outfit off with her blue silk robe. She had never prepared her body for anyone. And she was going at a disadvantage tonight without her usual perfume. She was, surprisingly, nervous. A Duran Duran song Ririka liked crossed her mind briefly as she thought to herself, have I suddenly...come undone? Why am I suddenly scared of rejection? This feeling was new to her. She never recalled second-guessing herself. Actually, she realized that second-guessing was fatal for any master gambler.This isn't like me at all, Kirari thought to herself.
