🧨Klee + Parent Reader🧨

Klee: Hey Y/N!! Come on we gotta get to school!! LET'S GO LET'S GO LET'S GO!!

The young girl started hopping up and down your bed while giggling.

Y/N: Klee, what did I tell you about waking me up like this?

Y/N rubbed the sleepiness out of their eyes and got up. They then got up and took the kid off of the bed.

Y/N: Alright Klee go brush your teeth and get dressed I'll be out in a minute.

The young girl then ran out of the room hyper-like. You change out of your pajamas and put on some normal clothes then moved on to brush your teeth. After you were done you went to check on your daughter and saw her fully dressed and was just finished brushing her hair.

Klee: Come on I'm hungry! What's for breakfast? Is it pancakes? Or waffles?

Y/N: Calm down hun, how about some pancakes?

Klee: Hooray! How long will it take?

Y/N: Ten minutes sweetie

Klee: Ten minutes?! That's too long! 

Y/N: Hm well how about you go watch some Curious George?

Klee: Yay! Curious George!

The short child then happily sprinted to the couch and hopped on it. She picked up the remote and turned on the TV and started to enjoy the show. You made your way to the kitchen and started to make some food for you and your daughter. After a little bit both of your meals were ready to be eaten.

Y/N: Klee! Breakfast time!

Klee happily jumped off the couch and headed for the kitchen to eat. She looked at her pancakes hungrily and began to devour her food.

Y/N: Klee, if you keep eating fast you'll get your clothes dirty.

Klee: Oops sowwy!

After you and your daughter finished you put your plates in the sink and got Klee's shoes.

Y/N: Alright Klee give me your feet!

Klee: Can you help me tie my shoes pretty please with cheese?

Y/N: Oh alright.

Once the child had her shoes on she grabbed her bag and walked to the door.

Klee: Come on Y/N let's go let's go!

You took Klee's hand and walked out of the apartment. Once in the car she began to fiddle with the radio until she landed on a rap radio station. When you made it to school you walked her to the school gate and prepared to say bye.

Y/N: Alright Klee be on your best behavior and please no making pipe bombs during craft time.

Klee: Alright I promise!

She gave you a big hug and ran to the gate where she disappeared into the big group of kids there. You went back to your car and headed to work. It's been 10 years since you began to parent Klee. You remembered her first birthday, her first word, the first day of her new school, and her growth spurt. You then began to wonder what ever became of her mother.

TIMESKIP

After you left work you went to your daughter's school and saw everyone leaving. That's when you saw her standing there waiting with something shiny on her forehead. She then saw you and ran towards you with open arms!

Klee: Y/N!!!!

She pounced on you and gave you a big hug. You returned the favor and set her down.

Y/N: Hey Klee! What's that on your forehead?

Klee: Oh this? This is a star sticker for good behavior! Are you proud of me?

Y/N: Of course I am! Good job sweetie.

You pinched her cheek and she giggled happily.

The whole car ride home she was happy and giddy. She was singing along to the radio and dancing in her seat with joy. Once you got home she plopped herself on the kitchen table and pulled out some art supplies.

Klee: Look Y/N! It's me and you and we're eating mac and cheese!

Y/N: Oh that's sweet! But is that your way of telling me you want some mac and cheese?

Klee: Perhaps :) And how about some of those dino nuggets!

Y/N: Well okay then since you did behave today.

The rest of the afternoon you spent it drawing with her, playing dress up, watching some TV, and helping her with her homework. When that was completed you gave Klee a bubble bath and gave her some rabbit themed pajamas.

Klee: Wow Y/N that was a fun bath! Now can you please read me a story? 

Y/N: Which one hun?

Klee: The one with the vampires!

You then tucked klee into her bed and began to read her a bedtime story. Chapter after chapter she got more invested into the story. After 5 chapters her eyes began to close.

Klee: *yawns* that was a fun story Y/N! Thanks for reading it to me!

Y/N: You're welcome but it's time for you to sleep okay?

Klee: Goodnight Y/N

She gave you a koala hug and then said

Y/N will you leave me like mommy did?

This made you unsettled but gave her the reassurance she needed.

Y/N: I'll never do that to you. Now go on and sleep with Mr.Teddy.

You tossed her a teddy bear she loves and that was enough to wind down.

Klee: Goodnight Y/N....

Y/N: Goodnight sweetie

You close her door and head for your bed. What she asked you was pretty deep but you made yourself a promise to never abandon your child and to stick with her for a lot more years.
