The next day, Yshmael went back to Sarmiento's residence to finish the proposal, "Good morning Ma'am" he greeted her cheerfully as she opened the door for him
"Good morning too, Yshmael" she greeted him back "Come in, Abigail was preparing for late breakfast you can join her" she said
As he entered the house he felt that he still welcome, "Ma'am, I brought some peanut butter made by my mother" he handed her two bottles
She looked at it, "It looks like it was newly made by your mother" she said
"Yes, I thought that Abigail and her siblings like peanut butter" he said "I will wait Abigail here, if that would be fine" he said then he sat down on the sofa
Abigail went out to her room, "Ma, did Yshmael ..." she asked then she saw him sitting on the sofa "Are you waiting that long?" she asked without a smile
He immediately stood up, "Not that long" he answered "Abigail, I brought some peanut butter" he said
"We can have it for snacks later" she turned her back to go back to her room
He just sighed, "As cold as yesterday" he said to his mind
They started the project again, at this time Yshmael has a managerial proposal example borrowed from the library as their guide. They finished it before lunch and they printed it out to be submitted in the afternoon.
"See in school later" he arranged his things on his bag. He stood up and went out to her room, he also say goodbye to Mrs. Sarmiento.
"Yshmael, if you don't mind you can join us for lunch?" she offered "Since it's already lunch" she added
He looked in the clock and it was almost twelve of noon, "It's fine with me but I need to change clothes for school when we will submit the proposal" he reasoned
"Alright, but you can eat lunch here and then you can go home after" she said "Is that honey?" she asked Abigail who was preparing the table for lunch.
She didn't say any word after that, when she was about to finish she looked to Yshmael "You will eat lunch here or not?" she asked
Even she asked him in a cold way, he accepted her offer to join them for lunch. When they were done, he thank them and then left.
While cleaning the kitchen and dining area, Celine talked to her daughter "Abigail you are being harsh with him" she said
She sighed, "Ma, I know what I am doing" she answered then went back in cleaning "I just don't want to hurt him" she added
Abigail take a nap for a while then when about two in the afternoon her mother woke her up because she needs to go to school and submit the project. She arrived at school at exactly three in the afternoon and she saw him at the gate waiting for her;
"It's good to see you Abigail" he greeted then he gave her juice because it's too hot that hour "Please accept this?" he said
She rolled her eyes and accept the drink, "Thank you" she said "Shall we go for this?" she added
He looked at him and fix his bag, "Yes, let's go?" he lead the way
When they submitted the proposal, the professor checked it immediately for revisions. "This is good enough, but I checked some errors" the professor said when he explained what was lacking in the proposal.
"Thank you Sir" Yshmael said with respect "We will revise it as soon as possible" then he tapped Abigail on the shoulder telling that they will leave.
When they left the school and walked towards the terminal that they can ride a bus, Yshmael just looked at her "Abigail, can I have your contact number?" he asked hesitantly
