"Y/n did Emi wish you as yet?" Asked Y/f/n. Y/f/n had come to your house to wish you since it was your birthday.

"No he didn't" you said and sighed

"He's your boyfriend, im sure he's just busy and he will call you soon to wish you" Y/f/n said and hugged you

"I hope you're right Y/f/n"

"Stop with the frowning and open your gifts" she said and handed you two giftbags

"Aww you shouldn't have"

"Y/n you're my best friend i had to get you something, now open it"

"Okay here we go" you said and began to open up the gifts, it was a  purfume set from your favorite brands and in the second gift bag was a dress in your favorite color.

"I know its not much but i hope you like it" she said and smiled

"Are you kidding, i love it!, thank you y/f/n" you said and gave her a tight hug

"No problem" she smiled

"I got to go now, but I'll see you tomorrow y/n, love you and enjoy the rest of your birthday!"

"Thank you y/f/n, i love you too"

The day went by fast, from spending your morning with y/f/n, to celebrating with your family at midday, but what bothered you was that your boyfriend Emi still didn't decide to call you or show up.

It was already the afternoon and you decided to just watch television till you fall asleep, but you suddenly heard a knock at your door that disturbed you from the movie you were watching.

"I wonder who that could be at this hour" you thought to yourself

You went to open the door and you saw that it was Emi.

"Happy Birthday Beautiful" he said and he kissed you

"Emi? I thought you forgot it was my birthday? I waited for you the whole day"

"I would never forget my girlfriend's birthday" he said and handed you a bouquet of red roses.

"For you" he said and smiled

"Its beautiful, thank you"

"That's not all my love, i have a whole dinner party planned out for you, as well as many gifts"

"You're the sweetest Emi, i can't believe  you went out of your way to organize a party for me"
