if the lily flower dies, she dies and vice versa
as of currently fiorella is functionally immortal (i.e. can't age) as the lily she's tied to is being tended to and protected within Korethys' personal immortal garden, so unless she gets straight up stabbed or something she can't really die-
she's also xandros' girlfriend 🤭
